On my AirSense 11, I have set EPR to 3 with Ramp Only mode. BUT then I set the Ramp Start Pressure to equal my actual APAP Min Pressure (8) and set the Ramp Time to Auto. Because I prefer not having a Ramp. So this way I don't really have a Ramp pressure, instead I have a "Down-ramp EPR" until I fall asleep. 😊 I get the benefits of not having EPR for my treatment while still getting great comfort while awake.
Can EPR cause inhalation difficulty?

I can't wait to go home and try this ! I've been having issues exhaling and no ones really coaching me ,no assitance.
SUPER helpful.
So is EPR at 3 easier for me to exhale?
Thank you.
Excellent
I notice alot of air is slipping down my throat causing me to burp often. What epr is the best to reduce this?
I have a lot of trouble with air getting stuck or 'cpap belly', after changing EPR to 2 it def helped. But I'm on a base pressure of 7.
@@Aevaryaalso my Dr lowered pressure from 13 to 11
