Why Plant Rye for Whitetail Food Plots

Why planting Cereal Rye in a Whitetail Food Plot is so important. Great question I love to help folks understand each year. I believe Rye is the work horse for all Food Plotting systems whether your tilling or no tilling, rye is still king in my book.
We use Rye for many different reasons and here are a few that we do every year on the farm in Kentucky and I recommend all clients do across the country in their Food Plots.
