I mean technically it did, the Cobra was more affected by the explosions than the Komodo were. So in that case the Cobra may have died before the Komodo did meaning the Komodo won
Always my favorite part of monster v monster fights where both just don't care what happens around them and let there hatred for each other take over and fight each other to the death being the caused of there death to the survivors and or one of them wins the fight and dies to the survivors
