The whole film comes together because of the emotional connection for mother and child. You've brought that out with beautiful lighting and camera angles, well done! I've just brought a, E2F6 and can't wait to capture moments scubas you've created.
Amazing Alexandru! You got a new follower from Miami, FL. If you can at some point, I would like to ask you your WB set up on camera and the key lights as well. It seems 5600 on the Nanlite, but the final edit looks warmer. So to achieve that you have to put your WB on camera in 2800-3200? Thank so much in advance, I have seen all your videos. Really great stuff!!!
I love your style. Amazing work for such a young man. You'll be one of the top producers in the near future. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for sharing your talent with us!
learned so many things love the video actually found you from the filmmakers podcast with james methews and i love the way you talk and things which you are talking in podcast felt relatable so i went to filmmakers page and found you. This is how you gained new subscriber 😅, love your work keep creating ✌🏼✌🏼🙌🏼
you all probably dont give a shit but does someone know of a way to get back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost the login password. I would love any help you can offer me
@Valentino Franklin thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm trying it out atm. Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
great video youre really good at what you do .... I think you maybe could have done with a pro mist ... but thats just my opinion and you obviously really know what youre doing. Keep us these videos
Thank you! I didn’t use the promist because we used haze and since we are talking about a jewellery commercial we wanted to have a crispy and clean image to reflect the quality of the brand.
Wow the lighting on her skin looks so good! Did you have a zone for her to move so it wouldn't get to harsh? Like all around 1meter distance is at f2.8 and beyond that point is f4?
Thanks a lot Chris, since my source was small it was easy to isolate the light where I wanted and as you see the subject isn't moving that much and therefore I managed to get perfect lighting on her.
You're welcome buddy. Ah ok I always imagined it would be harder to get the lighting right with smaller lights instead of just flooding in light with bigger sources.
Amazing work. Can you use the pictor zooms with the fx9 or fx6? i bought the fx6 yesterday and i intended on buying the dzo zoom lens set for my ursa g2 but thats a s35 sensor so i dont know if this would work with the full frame of the fx9 or fx6
I want to buy the dzofilm pictor zooms too. But i have a fullframe camera. Does these lenses work with fullframe camera or do you have vignette on the footage
I used these lenses on a Zcam E2-F6 which is a FF camera and has one of the biggest sensors out there and I did not cropped the footage on this one. Of course there is a little bit of vignette but very minimal with the wider lens and a little bit more with the 50-125 but very minimal to be honest
The f6 is a full frame camera so it has different benefits than pocket 6k for example but you can make amazing footage with any camera out there right now, the key is lighting
@@AlexDon bit the reason I would consider switching it’s not the image only, also the ergonomics, and modular design, the mount and many more. I don’t like the mount on the pocket 6 K, I think they should’ve put an RF mount, that way you could adapt any lens, or make it interchangeable like the ZCam and UMP
Thanks a lot for putting it together and explaining everything! You created a stunning piece! Did you film it in RAW? I'm so impressed with F6, do you think you'd be able to create similar piece with E2 S6? I'm considering picking up Zcam myself but don't have a budget for full frame yet. Cheers man!
wow, you manual focused by hand without even a focus puller. will that introduce some jitter or shake? Is that Zcam of the full frame or super35 version because the lens is only super35.
Everything was to the point, just a little sound effects would have totally topped it more. I love your work and beautiful ad, the color grading was amazing!
Thanks a lot, yeah you are right, that's why the final version of this commercial has 15 seconds and has sound design and voiceover, but the voiceover is in my native language and had no point on posting it right here. I left this one longer so we can analyse it from a cinematography point.
Excellent video BTS, thanks. My comments are few. 1) The window blind with the child looked a bit too harsh and I would have softened the color of them a bit to more match the mood of the piece. 2) Not sure if you did the editing but some of the hand movements looked unnatural to me. Just a bit out of place. However I love the look you achieved with the video...great job.
Thanks a lot for the feedback! Yes, the final edit looks way different and it’s 15 seconds long, I edited this one just as a cinematography perspective 🙏🙏
haha thanks! Yeah this camera has no ibis and it's way more shaky than other cameras like the Sony Fx9 or Komodo. Probably the biggest weakness of Zcam F6 is it's slow rolling shutter that make jello pretty visible :(
Btw big thanks to Ciprian Merca for capturing the behind the scenes video. 🙏
Super! Thanks for sharing this amazing BTS Alexandru.

You nailed it! Salute!!
stunning work mate - wow
Awesome man, thanks for sharing
Wow! Beautiful work man
Really love this style video, well explained, lots of tips and great result! Thanks man!
Nice work 👏🏻
Thanks brother 🙏
This is picture perfect man. This keeps me wanting the Z Cam over any other camera 🙌
To be honest, yes Zcam is a great camera, but the lighting is what makes an image great
nicely shot, I don't often see much footage shot on the ZCAM, which is very frustrating when trying to make a decision on this camera
Camera is just a tool, nowadays all cameras are amazing 🙏
@@AlexDonyeah but Zcam is really organic. I think I should use this word. With the Zcam I make a super movie
12 min went by in a blink of an eye :O Very informative bts. Looking forward to the next one.
So happy to read this, thank you! 🙏🙏
Great job, Alexandru! Ne place ceea ce faci. Keep up the great work. 👍
great work!
Amazing video, I learned a lot from it. Thanks for sharing
great work brother
great job
Super Talent , WOW!
Very well explained. I learned a lot from your commentary and it was engaging to see. You earned my sub
Very Nice!
Looks so good man 🔥
So happy to hear this, thanks 🙏
Nice one Alex. True enough, practice makes perfect! Plan, shoot, edit, repeat ✌️

@Callen Byron Instablaster =)
@Valentino Franklin thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm trying it out atm.

@Valentino Franklin It did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thank you so much you saved my ass !
@Callen Byron Glad I could help xD
Very well explained. I really like your BTS Video, especially your handheld shots, I hope to see your next video how to shots handheld
What kind of c-stand did you use for the forza 60 and the softbox? Thanks man, amazing work😜
It’s a meking stand, I have it for a long time now, pretty solid 🤘
Which dzo lens? Because wow! This is sharp!
Well done brother
i really got many points
it will definitely help me for my next projects
Awesome 👍
GREAT CONTENT
Hey dude. It is so good! wow I'm really impressed.
looks flawless the question is premier pro or davincy resolve?
Davinci resolve
Nice. How did you get so warm picture, if you are shooting with 5600K Daylight ?
great video youre really good at what you do .... I think you maybe could have done with a pro mist ... but thats just my opinion and you obviously really know what youre doing. Keep us these videos

What frames per second did you record this commercial video in? Everything looks amazing!!
Amazing....
Amazing work. Can you use the pictor zooms with the fx9 or fx6? i bought the fx6 yesterday and i intended on buying the dzo zoom lens set for my ursa g2 but thats a s35 sensor so i dont know if this would work with the full frame of the fx9 or fx6
It will work, but make sure to have the proper converter for the fx6 since sigma mc11 does not fit the pictor zooms
I want to buy the dzofilm pictor zooms too. But i have a fullframe camera. Does these lenses work with fullframe camera or do you have vignette on the footage

@@AlexDon thanks for your opinion about the lens thats works with FF. I definitly gonna buy it😃
what was your white balance?
you are using any ND filter ?
Did you shoot in the Super 35 mode on the F6?
What kind of external monitor did you use? Just curious.
Is this better than the pocket ??? I am considering switching to the ZCam
The f6 is a full frame camera so it has different benefits than pocket 6k for example but you can make amazing footage with any camera out there right now, the key is lighting
@@AlexDon indeed so, couldn’t be more true. Lighting is key.

Are you cropping in the image on the camera because those lenses are Super35?
Just a little, but less than you think
Is this quality only attainable with cinema lenses or something similae can be done with sigma art or ef lenses?
It’s all about lighting and scenography, lenses and cameras are just tools
i hope you do the same or even longer for the beauty shots few weeks ago :)
Yes, would have been cool 🙏

I shot everything in H265 6k 48 fps and to be honest zcam is great but If you are looking for an s35 camera I would rather go with the pocke 6k pro.
wow, you manual focused by hand without even a focus puller. will that introduce some jitter or shake? Is that Zcam of the full frame or super35 version because the lens is only super35.
what’s the size of softbox on the forza 500?
It’s the 120 mm quick fold
Canned fog?
nice
Epic
SWEET =)

What..your handheld walking shot is like gamble shot. I beleive this camera does not even have ibis.
