Twin Vibratory Feeder Bowls for Clip Handling

In this application, our customer needed to automate the orientation of metal clips for two production lines. We designed matching 15" vibratory feeder bowls with integrated controls. The clips discharge end-to-end, legs hanging down through inline drives at a requested rate of 20 PPM (parts per minute).
