Nice sesh! I change all my lure hooks to singles, feel I get more solid hookups and barely lose one once it's hooked.
Yep agree mate I’ll be running the singles in future
Awesome session on the new SilverCreek DR Minnows 🔥
Absolutely awesome mate. Keep up the amazing content Jakko!
Good mission young man, glad to see creeks firing
Definitely need rain
cracking vid as usual mate
Awesome bows, great bit of creek action 🤙
quailty vid as usual jakko👍
If your fishing straight through mono/fluro would it still be any good throwing plastics?
Cheers
so cool Daiwa has made a modern version of the dr minnow. i actually have 2 of the OG dr minnows.
Bloody oath. I’ve got a few of the OGs stashed away as well
Hey mate what reel are you using? Is it the tatula td black or the lt? Cheers
It’s the daiwa td black mate
is that straight mono or fluro? what’s the thought around that instead of braid with a leader?
Love your stuff salty keep it up cheers 🍻
Cheers mate
Cracka video Jakko and such a healthy system! The upper Fish River is holding a fair few browns was lucky enough to gain access to a remote part out past Oberon! With the straight through flouro do you have any problems with windknots or anything related I really want to give it a go and spice things up as I'm sick of tying fg knots with thin braid on the bank.
Very few issues with wind knots etc in my time using straight through mate. I’ve fished it a lot in the salt when chasing bream as well. Can’t beat it in my opinion if you’re mainly fishing hardbodies. Bloody handy not having to tie knots all the time haha
@@JakkoDavis Less tying = more time on the water. Thanks for that Jakko really appreciate it.
