@protagonistspub I love this! I have a note-taking bible that I use on a daily basis now, but I love having multiple to reference different translations.
@Jess-pagesandgrace I have many too! The one from grammar school with my Dad's writing on the cover, the one I used in high school are among my favorites.
Yes! I went looking for some several years back, and what I found was quite limited. Today, I don't think I'd have a problem finding lots of fall themed books 😄
Thanks for the tour! I loved your non-fiction homesteading books. I'm not willing to actually do the work of homesteading and farming/growing your own food, etc, but i love the idea!
I'm watching you from IRAN , Wow you have an amazing bookshelf I've ever seen . I wish I was in USA to buy unlimited books that we don't have here in Iran .
@@bethanysbookshelf These were the only two my school library had, but i think there were actually 4! The wonders of having the internet to look things up!
I've been so excited to watch this video, but I've been saving it for the weekend. 😁 Did you like Moby Dick? Soooo many people say it's boring, but honestly, I am fascinated and can't wait to read it. What did you think of Daddy Long Legs? Oh, I just ADORE the book. We have so many of the same books. I have the same copy of Sense and Sensibility, and I've not read it either, lol! Thanks so much for sharing all of this with us. 🥰
@@believeinyourshelf Thank you, Tammy! Moby Dick was so back and forth. The story was intriguing, but then you'd hit a whole section that read like a science text. It really brought me out of the reading experience, and I really enjoy science books! 😂 It's definitely one that I'm glad I read, but I'm not sure you could get me to read it again. Daddy Long Legs was so much fun! Epistolary novels are some of my favorites. I loved her quirky personality and pure honesty. ☺️
Absolutely! I think the spines look nice, but I agree, if I tried to use this copy to read the story it would be worn. Also, I just don't like the feel of the fabric used. 😂 That can definitely make or break a book edition for me.
@bethanysbookshelf It was so good! I need to reread it at this point. I just remember feeling so much more comfortable in my own deep thinking and constantly socially drained self. 😂
I still have my First Communion gift on my nightstand, prayer and holy cards still inside and used. Means the world to me.

You have a very well rounded collection! And your shelves are beautiful.
Thanks, Cheryl! I can't wait to see your new library! 😁
Love that you have a fall section! That’s fun.

Jess this was so enjoyable and loved your students recommending reads to you!
@@protagonistspub Thank you! 🥰 I loved talking to them about books they brought to class, even though I was their science teacher! 😂

@insearchofwonder Absolutely! We have chickens and a medium-sized garden. Keeps us busy through the summer. 😄
Love seeing all the books! Also love that you've kept so many from your mom. And I vote UK Skyward cover over the US.
Thank you! I think I'm leaning UK, too! 😄
I love you have kept the books from you Mom.
@@protagonistspub Me too! I have many more on my TBR shelf as well. 🥰🥰🥰
I enjoyed Leia: Princess of Alderaan and Queen's Shadow!
@MorgansEndlessBookshelf Me too! Disney took them a couple places I wasn't too keen on, but overall I love reading more in the Star Wars universe.
Yay!!! Excited to watch this!

Oooo, I like the UK Skyward!
I think I'm leaning that way, too! ☺️
Love your shelves!! Really enjoyed this video! :)
Thank you so much 🤗
Oh the Aaron Burr's Wife book looks interesting!
@@protagonistspub It was! I was surprised by how much I didn't know.
Your shelves look nice! We have some books in common: Skyward series, illustrated Harry Potter series, and Charlotte's Web (to name a few).
@@AshleasBookshelf Such good ones! I'm still torn between the two Skyward covers!
@Jess-pagesandgrace there is the option of having both...I have multiple editions of some books 😅
@@AshleasBookshelf I like your thinking! 😂
Oh I want to read Daddy Long Legs! I need to listen to your thoughts .
I really enjoyed it! Epistolary novels always get me! I will hopefully be chatting about it soon with my end of month wrap-up.
I love Charlotte's Web!!
@@protagonistspub me too! I haven't reread as an adult, but I should.

Ok, how did I not know Sarah Plain and Tall had a sequel??

I like the Paper Mill Press Editions but I definitely think they would get easily worn - the covers.
