So I'm a server at Outback Steakhouse, and the goat Pete Weber came in and I served him I recognized him and he gave me a his personal bowling ball and signed it he is the goat
I just noticed that Matt russo bowls 2 handed but with 3 fingers. I never saw it on TV on PBA Tour but now that I came across this video i noticed it when he started to approach the lane
Between ball technology and machine oiled lanes, just about anyone can bowl in a league and average 200 minimum. It made the game so much easier. It’s a shame really. Takes some talent out of the game.
@@gregamerson9172 Shows how great and consistent Walter is by getting to the big stage and placing top 5-10! You saying he bowled more to get there, but why does his longevity become a con when debating this? I’m taking DeadEye as the greatest of all time! I don’t think people understand, 47 titles, 7 PBA player of the year honors, 8 Majors! The only other person that competes with that is Belmo, but he’s still just 16 titles away from tying Walter, but he has 15 majors, 31 titles and 7 PBA player of the year honors, while having 3 televised 300 games, the most in history. I guess some takes can be opinionated, but others, we just got to look at the stats.
To me it looks like a huge mistake Brandon bowled with Pete no power doesn’t look like he had any fun just looks like Brandon had to carry him and it didn’t work he’s old and has no power it’s all about finesse for him now and against all the young strong crankers on that easy shot should never have bowled with Pete he was great now he’s just another 220 avg bowler but has 700 titles from when he was Goated now he’s just Okd slow and weak no offense cuz he was and is one of the greatest to ever do it Maybe if Pete was bowling against other 75 yr olds he would have been helpful but nah not in this tourney he just looks like a bore fest

How fast is Brandon rolling the ball.. that release on the bottom of the swing is amazing !!!It's like he's snapping a yo yo
When I was learning, my coach told me to try and throw it like a frisbee. That’s what made it all click in my head.
Yes, but that "snap" adds inconsistency as well. Just watch Pete's release....smooth as silk and easier to maintain that needed consistency. IMO....
it looks like 20-21mph tbh
That's 18-19
@@flyguy22001 i dont understand that unless youre left handed?
Pete and his dad are legends
One legend bowling with a future legend
Cool stuff love watching the old stars and the new breed, thanks for posting
While I think Brandon has an insane release, PDWs is my all-time favorite. So smooth and easy.
Nice 🙂 I've bowled there at Saint Claire Bowl in Fairview Heights Illinois nice bowling
I've bowled there for a gateway, good place to be.
Let me guess, Brandon calls him “Uncle Pete.” Also, Pete never breaks his wrist thus keeping the magical hand well into his 60’s.
Couldn't agree more.....that smooth consistency = success!
Cant get it hit from left flat 10's alot
Hi Justin. Is Brandon using a 15p or 14p ball ?
15
Does Pete ever smile?
Who cares he’s a goat
@@MsEeyore14He’s an ass, not a goat
Not in the lanes as he shouldn't he's a competitor
pete needs to take up bingo..

Shawn maldanado used to put half of his thumb in it
The legend. Who do you think you are? I am!
Not even close 146 off of it gotta strike more at holiday dbls
Did you take advantage of that $8.25 Turkey and Cheese special?
Brandon has one hell of an arm..
Not in the arm legs drive the swing power transfered from ground like in golf bball throwing a football pitcher winding up tennis serving etc etc
Bartle do!
What pattern

@@ianenright4015 weird angles they were playing
@@EricSmyth4Christ Its the alley. I've bowled there for IHSA (high school) state, hooks a ton.
Funny how Pete W keeps lookking for a crowd to yell and complain about.
Yo, is that Jacob Kent? 🤔
Pete appears to be spinning the ball a lot. I wonder if that’s intentional. Justin is the two-handed David Ozio.
Yes it's intentional...bowling that way for years now. His effort to increase rev rate and rotation.
looks like they just gave up and didn't oil the second half of the lane lmao, tough shot
Brandon is ripping the cover off the ball,Schhhhwing!!
Pete could still beat many of top pros now and walter ray too. The game hasn't passed them by just evolved and they need to be more finesse
I have one very important question... is the Turkey and Cheese combo really priced that reasonable?!
All good bowlers….but the Rodney Dangerfield balls are the stars.
Brandon you looks like your Dad but younger and a lot more whipping motion in your arms swing.

If anyone knows anything about bowling Earl Anthony greatest of all time..Pete Weber agreed hands down..
Nah bruh, it’s Walter Ray, DEAD EYE hands down!!!!
@chrisaustin7893 u do know Walt had to bowl twice the tournaments earl did to beat him right
