Organizational culture is ridiculous. Listen just give me a job, tell me what to do, and i will do it for a price.I will be nice and respectful to others, and they will be nice and respectful to me, and that is that. Hopefully I can work it from home, so that I don't have to physically see any of them too, because frankly I don't believe it adds any value. No I don't want to go out for drinks after work -- I have a family and much rather be with them, and I have 0 interest in chit-chatting because it does not give me any moneyary value. No,I don't want to feel guilty for not going out for drinks after work, which is what the great 'culture' bs that organizations try to pull ends up causing.
Thank you for sharing your individual's thoughts, beliefs, perceptions and feelings. Any company should respect these invisible aspects as fundamentals to creating an organisation culture.
