I have really heard a lot about her, how can I contact Mrs Amada Bernardin please🙏
The discovery of Mrs. Amada's frequent communication with Telegram users⏬
Great men making do with what they have
na força e da tudo certo
I admire their totally invisible PPE gear. These steel capped toe-slippers must be so comfortable to work in.
Great work men.
Thanks for listening
I clicked on this specifically to read what the experts has to say about it. Not disappointed😁
Nice work, my friend👍👍
Thank you 👍
HALFASS JOB**EACH PIECE SHOULD BE CLEANED AND PAINTED BEFORE REASSEMBLE..
DR KEL
That small patch at 18:01, enough to repair the crack in that frame?
Due to the chassis crack from there, the complete piece has been removed and a new piece has been installed.
Looks like it's filmed in the suburbs of Marseille, France.
😮👍🙏😊
Speaking as a retired mechanical engineer i would have prefered to replace the main chassis rails with new rather than weld up the cracks and straighten it on a hydraulic press. Most of the rest of it is just cross stays and short stiffening pieces that can better resist the twisting forces and so are likely to be ok. Other than that I'd say Hat's off to these guys for doing a great job. Incidentally using a big hammer like these guys do requires skill and practice. Thanks for the video, it's excellent.
They only replace with bent or broken parts.
Please use, Helmet and Eye protection.
❤️
good!
Thanks!
Id like to see how they do an alignment. 😬
an alignment for what? If it moves, it's ok.
El chasis no sirve tiene muchos agujeros
Where is Greenpeace this looks really environmentally friendly where's all those climate activists and none of these guys on work boots I wonder how many toes they lost
NO work saftey rules here
They talk munchkins
they never run out of wanked out vehicles in there country to repair.
Mrs Richards: "I paid for a room with a view!"
Basil: (pointing to the lovely view) "That is Torquay, Madam."
Mrs Richards: "It's not good enough!"
Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?..."
Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!"
Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky."
Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction."
Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment ?"
Truck chassis is BENT
Fucked.
To some of the commenters on here these guys don't have accessibility or the funds to do things the way we do here, they have to make do with what they have, it is amazing watching these guys work.
Absolutely
And they do it well and make it look easy!
😊@@muhammadali77
Well said. I love watching these types of videos it’s amazing how they all work together and get the job done 👍
The work ethic of these people commands Respect!
Yo as a Frame Technician I have the upmost respect for how these guys have to get the job done. 💪🏾💪🏾 to have to tear the entire truck down to straighten the frame is crazy!!!!
This is a common repair in Pakistan. Nice work, back from the dead.
Imagine what these guys could achieve if they had a fully fitted out modern workshop ... 3:11 notice the top of their new space rocket in the background 😎😎😎
That Bedford wrecker is an amazing piece. Super nice unit. !!!!!!!!
Yeah, I liked it right away. And not fitted out with all the usual faggy, tacky bling you see on these channels. Must be an expat brit.
I thought most viewers would understand trucks are precious to every nation, and they do what has to be done to keep them on the road, regardless of technology People will learn and adapt to their situations.
Yes the Fabrication looks all very nice and straight wait untill it is put under extreme working conditions then see how great it is. Welding this way only weakens the chassis rails and that is why you never change the heat they are fitted with. Sorry guys my opinion after 40 years in the truck Chassis industry. Aussie Bob.
Aussie Bob you would know also are the rear wheels aligned with the front even though they straightened the chassis rails especially the way they overload there trucks
At the very least they should have cut the ends of those patches at an angle to prevent stress concentration. That should give them an extra week of service life after they load the truck to three times its rated capacity lol.
The comments are hilarious... you guys are making comments like these guys have access to modern day state of the art equipment. ... watch the video and enjoy they get by with what they have... which is impressive they will survive a post-apocalyptic world and still live in peace while people in the modern day world kill and eat each other.
I love the Bedford MK recovery truck! Great to see good old British engineering still holding up after 60-odd years in service.
Bedford TK
Americans use a 1,5 ton pick truck to shop in a supermarket. Those guy use a 500 kg Moni truck to move 1,5 ton in rails!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
Interesting!
If you don’t know it is impossible, you just go ahead and do it anyway. Where can I get pair of those Elfan Safety sandals ?
These guys are true artists. If that truck was in the U.S.A., it would be at the crusher right now.
🤔
Yeah it would!
Same here in Australia. The total vehicles here for not much more than a dent.
In the U.S. we have become a throw away society.
Right where it should be for the safety of the public. The steel will be used again, it will not go to waste.
Thank you 😊
Thank you 😊
Falling down a mountain, yea, that usually bends them.
Well that was enlightening, the sides of the chassis were still twisted, no proper weld preparation, not even a sniff of a torque wrench, finished chassis not checked for squareness, parallelism. The truck went down the mountainside without the use of a road, and had been repaired before. All in all the truck's future looks very dim, especially with the poor welding. So much more but it becomes boring, however you never see the repaired items being driven in a straight line down the road, that's worrying.
I like to watch these rebuilds because the workers do so much with so little!!!!
I see that health & safety are always paramount in the minds of these men, Lol.
Did the driver declare his off road preference to his insurance company?
Frankly, Drivers are likely far more plentiful than working Trucks in places like India, Pakistan or Bangladesh. Despite what seems like an incredibly labor-intensive process....the math easily works for the trucking companies
This truck is BEYOND ANY "RESTORATION" only for spare things & Scraps is suitable! I really don't know in what kind of Safety Standards are working MOTs in thit country??? (If the are any!) Another issue is the PPE these people using! Slippers next to heavy metal bars, oxygen & electro welding??? They sure star on what people saying COMMON SENSE before ANY WORK!!!
YFG..M3..TRUEST SPEAKERS IN ARABIC COUNTRIES..I PUT IN BLOOD SYTEMS..SHE IS,WAS,WII FROM BLACK MOTHER 01/01/1947 she got born...
YOU FABRICATORS ARE JUST AMAZING!!!.NOTHING IS THROWN AWAY..FIX AND REPAIR IT...GREAT TEAM WORK...🎉❤
Wow, thank you!
@@muhammadali77 golden hearth to their works.
Wish you recoated it before assembled back ,looked more professional services ..
Hammers and hydraulics, welders and wrenches, punches and pry bars. We've got the technology to get the jobs done. Add a tarp for sun protection. Perfect!
Ive been an engineer over 40 years - yes theses guys are industrious I just wish they would at least wear steel toe caps! The 'safety sandals' make me cringe working around anything heavy! With all the boots and shoes we donate to charity there MUST be cheap safety boots for them?
How long did it took to finish from straightening chassis to completion?
The third world countries are very good in fixing old vehicles if this vehicles happen to be in the western hemisphere it will be JUNK YARD BY NOW. 😂😂😂😂
This is still a bodge but less so than many of these videos. Pressing the chassis is the way to take out the bend but welding it should not happen.
The chassis may be ok for doing light work. That means 50% of manufacturers specifications. But this is Pakistan where double manufacturers is the go!!
Who said that? Liberty Auto Body & Diesel Works of Detroit?? I thought they took sabbatical to Beijing Auto Retraining camp.
You obviously don't understand that in their country they work everything to the point of destruction then repair it and start all over again. Very little gets wasted, whereas in many other countries, especially the US, if the paint gets a scratch on it, the vehicle goes to the scrappers.
Bravo !
These people have skills. I'd like to see any video of the skilled driver who brought it to this mess.
before seeing the skilled driver, you must see what kind of road they operate on....
Or those that were responsible for the state of the road in the first place!
Just wish someone would buy them a decent welding mask and some safety goggles.
Obviously the chassis rails are now as weak as fck, but it’s not a problem because I doubt any vehicles are ever allowed on the roads overloaded in Pakistan.
Not making light of anyone's misfortune but that Title is priceless....Truck Chassis is Bent Due To Falling Down Mountain---that would bend it for sure.
Brother This Truck Really fell Down the Mountain 🏔️
Mission accomplished guys 👍🔥👍🔥👌👌👌👌
Man these guys work in some countries we would have junked that truck. What country are these guys in? Thanks
Truck Chassis is Bend Due To Falling Down Mountain ? yep that'll do it ? lol
Let us see how the owner of this company lives and works because I bet my last Dollar it's not in a pile of dirt.
Its all that helium - it makes them strong 💪
When you can't afford a truck from tge factory thus is how it's done. Might be scary for a western standards but you do what you do
amazing team work !!! straightening frame in cold condition worrisome, there may be cracks inside the metal.
Added to all kinds of internal stretching, tensions, you name it. And then they come here.
no problem to repair next time.
All that work and you didn’t refinish it so in three years, it’s gonna be rusted holes all through it. What a waste of time.
Geez, how many toes have been crush severed or generally mangled in these sandal wearing places? 🤦🏻
Following the repair the new owner still can’t figure out why the vehicle pulls to the right when turning left and left when turning right.
Bedford TK! I drove my brothers TK about 50 years ago.!
The dude at the end in the white must be Quality control because he has the only measuring tape ???
Best tool ever was holding the nail 4:46.I saw video of others holding them with there hand while someone with a massive hammer hits it..
Amazing metal working skills which would be almost useless in modern western industry.
OSHA approved flip-flops.
Why bother watching the whole video..they show you basically everything in the first 1 min highlights....really kinda makes u not want to bother with the rest of the video.
😏
Whatever the amount is that these guys get paid isn't enough.
Up and ready for another sidehilling adventure!
A fork lift would make their work so much quicker and easier.
What happened to the driver?
They scrapped him off the mountain like a lump of strawberry jam
They scrapped him off the mountain like a lump of strawberry jam
They scrapped him off the mountain like a lump of strawberry jam -
and he ain't going to drive no more
Glory glory what a hell of a way to die
Glory glory what a hell of a way to die
Glory glory what a hell of a way to die
and his soul goes driving on.
No disrespect meant, the above is adapted from an old military English (American) rhyme.
Over here in the United States, the truck would have been certified as total. The old rails would not have been straighten, new rails, and labor would cost more than the truck is worth. I don't want to take away anything from these mechanics. They are brilliant and talented, hard working people. In there country, there are no laws against, this type of repair. In the US you have to submit the repair to several agencies, after that several inspections, thats we don't do it here. How do I know this my truck was hit and had a bent frame, a 2016 model totaled.🤑🤑
Why do we never get to see the finished job? Be nice to see the truck put back together and drive away.
Agreed!!
Because it never makes it that far!
These guys give the impression that they did this before once! Interesting stuff.
I love this videos,I have fun listening the conversations 😂 hello from California US you guys are amazing!!
Glad you like them!
These guys are so skillful. Such a great team work. Great that they repair and recycle rather than throw away and get a new one. We should adapt that philosophy here in the West.
Hu
I don't know what West you are talking but in the US that repair would be unsafe so the rail would be recycled, not thrown away. Repairing is not the same as recycling, repairing that frame would put everyone at risk.
Not only the safety issue of such a repair, but the labour costs for this job would be prohibitive.
They bout the hole as scrap and will be sold as new or remanufactured so labor cost is not an issue.
Of all the bad things we forget they hardly have any unemployment.
What is different is that here in the west labor gets charged hourly while over their they pay them salary
Hit with hammer, throw into dirt, fixed
You forgot to slap some caterpillar sized welds after throwing in dirt then it’s fixed lol
We don't need no stinkin' forklift or welding lenses or steel toed sandals.
these are indeed amazing. Boss man got serious engineering skills.
If in doubt, add another leaf spring !
The only engineering these guys know is,
Hammer - breaks things or bend things
Welding machine - join things
Bolts and screws - where welding machine does not work
nice job thank you i love to watch perfect ,❤
Why they don't sand blast it,will be better job .
In the US the government regulations drive up the cost of every repair. And if it was found out that you were using a truck after that repair you would be in deep crap.
No wonder it bent- look at all the holes in the main frame!
But why there is so much rubbish on the ground? For better visual rustic efect?
Well at least they’re not afraid of honest hard work. More than can be said bout a lot of Americans these days !
I love watching these type of videos , in the west we live in a throw away society , I much prefer to repair and reuse which when I was growing up was standard practice , now you can't buy a nut & bolt you have to buy the whole damn thing .
Everybody can say what they want, but the fact is they work with what they have and they get it done. We take it for granted in the U.S. with all the information and tools we have.
No paint No restoration only straightening no repair
Where would we be without the humble sledge hammer
It only takes 25 guys to make a pot of coffee
Hmmmm Wow Thing .. by Wow Mechanics1
