Why are people so mad about a kid spending time in their room with their friends... I spend a lot of time in my room and I still know how to talk to people and be kind to people, and I have a great relationship with my family still. When I'm home I just want to relax in my room because I like the quiet and there is nothing wrong with that
I think its more of an argument of having food or taking food to the room. While I think its a little cool, it can be seen as creating a bad habit of stashing food and/or being territorial on it which isn't a good thing. Heck it could also create eating disorders by them being able to lock it. Sure its a mini-fridge, but still has food. It's really an open field pretty much and can go many ways. For me? I think it'd have come in handy in high school especially when studying and not wanting to head to the kitchen for a snack then possibly get engaged in conversation or distraction.
@@blix_xo this is the opposite of what causes disorders. Having food security and having snacks you know are always available to eat is extremely healthy, and takes away any anxiety caused by not knowing when or if they're "allowed" to get a snack. Just a "snack", apparently. It's the little things that count, I guess. Next week it'll be a jar of Jet Puff'd and a spoon, maybe a consession stand pack of king sized candy bars.
Aww super cute! And how special is this for your daughter and her friends! Awesome job mama! Stops the little people from playing tomb raider in the pantry!
For those who are saying that she is old enough to clean it, I don’t think it’s about how well the child can clean, or take care of the issue. It’s what the mom is doing that counts. Putting in time and effort to make your child comfortable and happy in the place that they call home is important. Not how well they can manage things. Let them by kids and have fun while they can. Don’t judge someone’s ability to parent off of a UA-cam short. Props to the mama who is making memories and setting a good parenting example for her kid 🙌.

My son has a mini fridge, and it is NOT connected in his room. No eating in his room. He stocks it himself, cleans it himself, and stores it away whenever his friends have left. Parties are in the open, no one is "secretive" , dont need to be. It's called parenting, not spoiling. 1 friend over, u don't nd a mini fridge hooked up, get your stuff w asking from the house groceries. ( Asking allows the parent to put items back on the groc list. Anything he uses for parties HE Pays for. Teach ur kids to be honest, upfront, self sufficient and still a team member IN THE FAMILY. BEING A Hermit YOUR ROOM DOES NOT ENCOURAGE PROPER FAMILY DYNAMICS. ( could have something to do w 'failed_divorce' issues?)
Yes, providing a safe, comfortable space that they can return to is amazing. Seriously though, having somewhere they feel safe actually encourages them to go out, because they have somewhere safe if something goes wrong. I'm sorry you never had that growing up.
some people are so pessimistic. see a parent doing a favor for their kid once and assume the kid is rotten and spoiled and because they have snacks to share with their friends they must never leave their room. you dont know anything about how the kids relationship isnwith their parent, how old they are, how many chores they do. you see something sweet in a satisfying video and are suddenly filled with hatred for the world and "kids these days." seriously? get a reality check or maybe some therapy if your first thought seeing a parent do something nice for their kid is how spoiled the kid must be and how this is everything wrong with the current generation. smh

@@maggiereeves2534 If you don’t trust your kid to not make a mess, then yeah don’t give them a fridge. But you should be more concern on teaching your children on how to clean up after themselves (which you should once they’re toddlers).
why are you people both trauma dumping and/or acting bitter towards an actual child because they are being treated with care and like a person by their parents aka the bare minimum. if you had a terrible childhood, you shouldn't then want that for other kids, but be happy they don't have to suffer as you did. misery isn't a right of passage. glad this mother strives to make their daughters life a bit better, and i hope her daughter is able to appreciate the joy she is being gifted. :]

So sweet of you mommy, just make sure you give her a chance to restock the fridge herself so she learns and knows how to do it.
She restocks the fridge so she can use the footage on the channel. Both mum and daughter are getting something out of it. I don't see why people are going crazy saying she needs to clean it etc
