Ich bin wirklich froh drüber, dass ich diese Klänge aus mir herausbekommen hab. Das war schon überfällig aber anscheinend hab ich versucht, sie mit den falschen Synths zu finden.

What do you think about Opsix? I totally love it and I'm not even sure why. Modwave and Wavestate intrigue me, they are like whole universes of possibilities but Opsix is just somehow very loveable, very immersive maybe, it makes me want to tweak the sounds without much idea of what I'm doing.
The opsix was the first synthesizer I started playing with that had a higher degree of complexity and more sound design possibilities, and I really enjoy FM synthesis, so the opsix holds a special place in my heart for that. My only issue is that I actually run out of voices fairly easily, so I'm considering an opsix mk2, but not in any immediate sense.
It can be immersive once you get a good grasp on it and it is easier than the wavestate for sure to just start tweaking knobs and faders to see what happens. The modwave somewhat has the quality of being able to just twist knobs and see where you land, but yeah, of the 3, the opsix is the easiest to just pull out, start on an Init patch, and get somewhere relatively quickly.
