Bought Circle Cutter at your retreat. All the time thinking I had the cutter system and I wouldn't need the Circle Cutter. It was there to buy and I said why not? So glad I bought it. Its really awesome! I had a couple questions so watched your video. My questions were answered. Thanks Nicole!😁

yay! That makes me so happy! I wish I could demo things and answer questions in person, but virtually works too!

Well, I'm not sure I'd go that far, but I certainly thank you for the compliment!

Thanks for a very detailed look at the new circle cutter. Just FYI, if the difference between the outer circle and inner circle is 0.2 inch, the resulting ring will be 0.1 inch thick. And that’s just a little smaller than 1/8” (0.125”).

Oh, thank you!! I was an art major so math on the fly isn't my strong suit!

This looks like a very interesting tool. Thank you for showing it to us and explaining it in detail. Also for suggestions to look at other videos to find the way we are most comfortable with. I guess it takes some time to learn how to use it, but it also seems to be worth the effort since you can make circles in any size from 3 to almost 12 inches with this one tool. Especially if CM really would add other blades. That would be fantastic. Since I grew up in Germany and now live in the US, I am comfortable with inches as well as cm :-) The tip with the post-it will be very helpful, thank you. I love the alternating patterned circles :-)

Thanks! I can use centimeters too, but somehow always go back to inches!

Thank you for this detailed demonstration. I appreciated the clear close up views too. The post-it note is an excellent tip. The custom cutting system will be easier for me for photos and this tool will be perfect for cardstock and designer paper. Thank you!

Thanks! It took me a little while to find a system that made sense in my brain and I sure hope it will help other people!

    Hi Nicole,
Your directions were excellent! Thank you But for me it was too difficult to hold down the cutter and the blue button at the same time and move my hands in different places. Plus it's ridiculous that I have to measure to find the middle. It's going back and I'm looking at other options.😢

I'm sorry you aren't happy with it. It definitely has a learning curve but I've come to love the flexibility of being able to choose so many different sizes. You do trade simplicity for that flexibility though! You might prefer the Custom Cutting System which isn't as complicated (but only cuts 18 sizes!)

Nicole, thank you for going over the circle cutter. I'm a creative memories consultant as well but mainly for fun. I have not mastered this cutter. Listening to you has made it easier for me. I plan on using this cutter more and more to get the hang of it. Thanks again.

So glad I could help! It really just takes playing with it till you figure out the quirks.

As a consultant you should know how to use this cutter so you can help your customers.plus why doesn't CR have a video?
And it's totally ridiculous that I have to measure to find the center. you should be able to use the tool to find the center. 😢me having the measure to find the center and then push down on all these buttons and move my hands makes the tool for me useless. Please pass this on to your supervisor as I am returning it as it is way too expensive at $30!😢

This cutter is so complicated, as there are no instructions or very poor ones in the UA-cam video. I frankly don't have the strength to hold down the cutter button while pushing on the blue button and my hands also get all confused and I have to move them and then sometimes I let go of the blue button. Plus paying $30 for a cutter that you have to measure to find the middle is ridiculous in my opinion!
    Try again!😢
