I think your alpha/beta readers will help you figure out where you're making improvements and where you're just changing things. It can be hard for us authors to be that clear since we're so close to our own work. We never see the elephant, just the grey wall.
Saw this pop up and HAD to watch ❤ Your videos are always so calming even while being inspirong toward productivity. Such a vibe! Thanks for sharing this part of the journey. Endings are such a struggle bus for me.😂 Good to know I'm not alone.
Hey Kayla, I'm so happy for you that you got back into writing and figured out so much for your plot! Recording my thoughts in an audio has been a fundamental part of my novel writing and I don't wanna miss it :) I'm excited to see how your journey continues. I downloaded the app you mentioned. Unfortunately it's only in English and not in my language :( How are you standing to using AI in your creative work? In generating ideas through AI and letting it help you sort out plot problems? Or in translating your work into other languages? Maybe you could make a video about that? :) Wishing you a wonderful week! Sending love and creative vibes
So I'm not actually using AI in my writing at all honestly. I guess Otter (the app) maybe is considered AI, but it's just transcribing words I've already spoken, not generating anything new. But I've never used AI for plot or any aspect of my own stories, and honestly I can't see myself doing that any time soon. I'm very attached to my own creative process and I feel like I'm pretty resistant to using AI for that.
@@KaylaKempers Same here. I think using AI for story ideas, plotting, character arc or world building is taking away the creative process which is why I'm writing in the first place :) Still I think that in the future there will be people writing books with AI instead of having a ghostwriter. And I hope there will be laws that make sure it is in some way made clear if a book was partially or in whole written by AI. I as a reader want to have the freedom to decide what I want to read. Thank you for your answer! Wishing you a wonderful time with your novel and I cannot wait to read it!
Wonderful video! Congratulations on the process of figuring out your ending! 🎉

Do you have a P.O. Box by chance?
