Oh man, almost over already! Well, it's been a grand tease getting these brief glimpses of the Tasmanian Reserve. Clearly a place that will provide many memories for the rest of you life.
+Random Button Pusher I'll never forget this trip, 6 days offline and away from everything. It was a great chance to reset my mind and body for a while but I have come home craving more and really missing Tasmania. Thanks for watching this series
Always love it when you do a daily upload series, just like you did with that trip to NYC! I'll miss this series, definitely. Fantastic stuff though mate.
+Andrew Maurerandrew Thank you Andrew, sadly there is only one more left to come but I'm already thinking about where I can go next for another multi day adventure :-) ATB
Amazing stuff, they really seem to care about their trails. Also put a lot of money into the trail system with facilities and services. Your adventure seems to be coming to an end and like you I also am saddened to see it come to a close. Thank you for sharing.
+Pat1971 10Mountain The Tasmanian Parks / Wildlife Service have done a great job. Creating / Maintaining a stunning trail but not destroying the wilderness feel along the way. Only a limited number of people are allowed to set off on the trail each day so it's not too busy either which made the experience all the more special. I feel as sad now that the videos are almost finished as I did when the walk was ending :-) Thanks for watching Pat
Some really impressive waterfalls and that hut looked amazing, plenty of room :) Looks like you had another great day and always sad when an adventure comes near to an end ATB Mark
THANKS DEAN,FANTASTIC AS ALLWAYS,REALLY ENJOYED IT,I KNOW THE FEELING OF LEAVING WONDERFULL PLACES TO VENTURE BACK HOME,BUT YOU CAN ALLWAYS GO THERE AGAIN! GOD WILLING!! GBU ,SALLY DERBYS UK☺🌱🌳🌴
It's interesting you enjoyed Bert Nichols (aka Windy ridge) hut, because just about every other person I've met has complained about that hut, saying it's too big, meaning the heating struggles to warm the hut on cold nights. It's often referred to as Windy Fridge Hut, and it was also my least favourite hut. I'm loving these videos though!
+Lucas Chamberlain thanks for watching Lucas. I'm a tent camper myself and not really used to the huts as we don't have them here in the UK. I can understand what you mean about it being big and getting cold though. That night was perhaps the coldest night we had on the track but I don't think it was cold enough for the heaters to kick in so I'm guessing it would be a different story in winter. Thanks again for watching
What an extraordinary waterfall. Thanks for sharing 😀

If only time could pass as quickly while we're at work, eh?
And is it safe to swim in the waterfalls/ponds? I was thinking that would be the main method of showering
Is safe to swim, I swam in Lake Winderemere and also washed myself in the river near the waterfall in this video :-)
wow...that wasnt a *hut*....thats a camping *palace*
+RDPproject haha true :-) I was surprised how big that hut was
