thank you for explaining how the TSA lock works! I got the lilac one without any instructions about how the lock works and your video completely explained how to open and reset the code. I'm looking forward to using it next week!

Try to use packing cubes. If your don't have enough clothings to fill up the compartment, since there's no flap on top, the clothings may get messy when you turn the bag right side up.

Very good unboxing video! I am getting the rose pink one. How has this performed so far?

What are the dimensions (including wheels and handle)?

Thank you for your comment. Yes! White is very nice! Since I’ve only used it once so far, there hasn’t been any scuffing. But I think I provided an update of it after I’ve used it. Will provide more updates when I start to use it more! 😉

Thank you for the comment. Yes there should be enough space for packing hiking boots on one side of the luggage and then the other side you can put your clothes and other items. I didn’t try packing shoes in the luggage, but I can do a video on that in the next 1-2 weeks so you have an idea of how they fit. 😉
This is the 21-inch carry-on size, so whether or not hiking boots would fit depends on how long you'll be gone and how much other stuff you have to carry. They have two more sizes, a 24-inch and a 28-inch, both are checked baggage size. Same features. I ordered one of these bags today and have gone back and forth between the 21-in. and the 24-in., finally settling for the latter as I will have plenty of room for a toiletry bag and an extra pair of shoes and a few other bulky items. Back in the dark ages when I was in high school, my parents bought me Samsonite luggage in the 24 and 28-inch sizes. Frankly, I used the large bag once, after which it went into storage and my parents finally began using it when they traveled. This was back in 1970 and that Samsonite held up well, much better than some American Tourister I had later.

Yes! I used it once on a short trip and had to roll around on carpets. I thought it was smooth. I had no problem with it. Hope you’ll like this luggage if you do get it. 🙂

I've heard this one is actually 23" tall even though it says 21"? So it may not fit on certain airlines

Thank you for the comment. I will have to measure it myself when I get a chance to see if it’s actually 23” tall or 21” tall. So far it has fit in the overhead bins when I traveled. But I’ve only used united and jal so far. Will need to test on other flights to see how it goes… 🤔
Does the cross strap section have a zipper compartment or is it just full lining?

Thank you for your comment. 🙂 yes the white color is nice! I’ve used it once on a short trip and no scuff marks or anything so far. Even though it’s white in color, it didn’t get dirty which was surprising. But I guess I also took good care of it. We’ll see what happens later when I use it more… 🤔
I just purchased 2 of these suitcases. Amazon reviewers report scratches after single use upon retrieving from airport baggage check. For this reason I ordered suitcase covers to protect the finish.
Does this suitcase come with a key for the locking system?
