Trolling Miami Canal for Snook and Jack Crevalle

Trolled a mullet swim bait in a Miami canal for snook and Jack Crevalle bites. Managed to sight cast one of them. Took home two of the jack's to give it a try with a ceviche recipe. Can confirm it's extremely edible. No Keeper snooks.
