Way too many Sharks and Barracuda in North Biscayne Bay - Miami FL , Kayak Fishing flats
Apologies for the delay in getting you some content. I've been out the game for a little over a month now. After wrapping up some travel photography and music projects, I finally had the opportunity to get out and fish the home turf, Biscayne bay, around the 79th st islands just south of pelican harbor marina. I started at the closest one and worked my way down circling the islands before making my way back in. I added a couple new tools to the kit, new net and ruler, I'll link below. Lost some lures to some sharks and coda's. Did manage to hit a keeper trout which was good. Hope you enjoy the show. Thanks for watching.

Sight casted big school of Jack Cravalle Kayak Fishing Miami flats
Переглядів 2364 місяці тому
See link below for lure used. Fishing the flats on a calm morning, I was able to spot some fish moving not too far from me. You'll notice as soon as I call it out, you see a lady fish jumping in front of the wake. I threw a top water spook in the direction I thought they would be near, and hooked up to a nice sized jack cravalle. Unfortunately, I had a lousy net job and lost the fish. Outside o...
Snook, Jack Crevalle, Trout, Snapper, Dolphins - Busy morning on Miami Biscayne Bay - Kayak Fishing
Переглядів 7239 місяців тому
This video was filmed on the morning of Oct 10, 2023 in Miami's Biscayne Bay. As I launch out of little river canal, home base, I head east to the bay and work my way to some neighboring islands. It's mullet run 2023 and there's ton's of mullet around everywhere. Didn't hook up to any monsters but the morning was steady and busy with multiple species caught. I just added the Insta360 x3 camera ...
WORST encounter ever while fishing. Evil kids try to ruin beautiful morning on the water.
Переглядів 1,3 тис.9 місяців тому
I created this channel to showcase all the wonderful sights and things that come with being out on the water. 99.9% of the time it is peaceful and therapeutic , however, yesterday morning some evil kids really tried to push boundaries. This was filmed at 7am in Miami's little river canal. If these are your kids, you should be extremely ashamed of your parenting skills. For a split second I lost...
Chasing a school of Jack Crevalle - Miami Flats - Key Biscayne Kayak fishing

Shot out of my usual route towards some islands that are just outside our canal. Managed to connect with a school of jack that were feeding on a bunch of bait. Didn't manage to convert the first couple bites, missed the record button on the third, but did manage to connect on the fourth. Hope you enjoy, thanks for watching! Huge Tarpon almost jumps into Kayak - Unexpected monster in the Miami flats Kayak Fishing

Had this tarpon not hooked up, I probably would've junked the days footage. I made my way out of Morning side park in Miami, FL. I bounced between the flats, a couple canals close by, a bridge and near an island. There aren't many fish caught in this video, however it gives you a pretty good breakdown of a few different directions you can go while fishing this area. Definitely will be coming ba...
Miami Canal - Fishing Tide change for Snook, Jack Crevalle. Spotted Alligator & Sharks feeding
Переглядів 687Рік тому
It's been a good month since I've fished the canal behind my house. I usually aim for first light, however, chose to focus on the tide change this round. The tide was shifting to low and out. Water was super murky with low visibility, however, once I reached the mouth of the canal, there was a frenzy of bait. They seems to stay in and around the mouth of the canal. I saw an alligator, sharks an...
Near collision at Haulover Inlet - Fishing reefs for whatever Bites - Grouper, Yellow Tail, Snapper

Switched up the vibe for this one. My buddy Captain Gio invited me out on his 28 Contender with twin Etechs. We targeted some reefs just outside of Haulover for whatever bites. Had a near collision on the way back in for lunch. Thankfully we were able to avoid it. We dropped pilchards for whatever bites. A variety of fish made it into the kill bag. Thanks for watching! Offshore Kayak Fishing - Miami Beach trolling jigging bottom fishing

Hey all, welcome back to another episode. On this video, I linked up with Arun, one of the other Kayak Anglers from the South Florida Kayak fishing group on Facebook. He found some shipwrecks on Navionics and our goal was to jig them. On the way out we both hooked up to some fish, however jigging didn't go to well for me on the ship wreck side. We cruised around and managed a little bit of acti...
Top Water Popper lands Yellow Jack on Key Biscayne Miami Bridge Kayak Fishing
Переглядів 3,3 тис.Рік тому
Launching from Crandon Park Marina in Key Biscayne Florida, I started the morning by trolling east to the Atlantic. After pushing east for about an hr, I only found myself at about 20 ft depth. I wasn't marking too many fish and nothing was hitting my lures. I decided to head back towards the bridge. Luckily I caught the tide shift and some big schools of bait were getting hit by some yellow ja...

I'm not gonna tell you how to fish, because I can see you don't need help. But.... Clamp your barbs. I've been barbless for 20 years. If you lose a fish, it's ONLY because the initial hook set wasn't solid. Barbless hooks come out of the braid when it splits the line. They come out of clothes, ropes, nets, carpet, etc... Mostly th we y come out of PEOPLE. Sometimes you must release fish. Sometimes you want to release them. Barbless is easier on the fish too. Another advantage??? ... If you have to spend too much time getting hooks out of the fish, you can drift off "the spot"...... Try it.... You'll never go back. Not to mention an eight pound fish with a trebble hook in it's mouth AND your calf is a horrible scenario. But easily resolved if barbless.
