      @@canadaadv2960 without lift? I have the same car and I'm planning to put some AT's on it.

    • @canadaadv2960
      @canadaadv2960  4 роки тому

      Correct. I do not have a lift installed. The Liberty doesn't have the best ground clearance. But it's good enough for mild adventures. The KO2s are excellent. I definitely recommend.

      5years in and I still have plenty of Tread left. I do have different tires for winter though which would extend the life a bit.

    How's the power? I don't plan on towing but a rooftop tent maybe. Think it'll handle ok?

      Lucas Rhyan I don't think you would have a problem. My roof rack is fine up there. You will notice a drop in fuel economy for sure though.

      @@canadaadv2960 to be expected I guess. As long as it's still capable with all that weight. Haven't picked one up yet. Just about to!

    Would you recommend one of these as a first car?

    • @canadaadv2960
      @canadaadv2960  3 роки тому

      Really depends what you want from your car. Liberty is dependable (at least in my case), will go many places other cars cannot, and looks pretty cool (in my opinion). On the other side, it is slow, high center of gravity ( take corners slow like in any truck) and terrible of fuel ( lucky to get 400km / tanks ~80L tank). I love mine none the less

    Do you get any humming from the KO2 tires?

    • @canadaadv2960
      @canadaadv2960  6 років тому +1

      Not really, they are surprisingly quiet for how much tread you get.

    • @TheMinkaMonster
      @TheMinkaMonster 6 років тому

      For the first 8 months I had no hum. However, after that there's been a noticeable hum, but not nearly as bad as the previous stock tires that were on there when I first bought it.

    • @canadaadv2960
      @canadaadv2960  6 років тому

      TheMinx421 interesting. I haven't noticed any increase in hum. I've had these 2 years and driven to the West and East coasts of Canada. minimal tread wear too. I'm down to 12/32. I think they were 16/32 when new.

    how much is your fuel consumption ?

    • @canadaadv2960
      @canadaadv2960  3 роки тому

      Pretty awful. ~15L/100km average id say . 10L/100km on flat highway no wind best case.

    I sold my KK. That was a incrdible unreliable car which I have ever. experinenced. It's heating pipe was broken when the car was 50.000 km on clock and the dealer fix it by removing whole front panel. Then I faced many other issues, sounds etc. I sold it hopefully.

    • @canadaadv2960
      @canadaadv2960  4 роки тому

      Oh thats doesnt sound fun. Mine has been a very reliable vehicle. I've only really had to do the regular maintenance. Brakes, oil, drivetrain fluids. Its taken us to East and West coasts of Canada without issue. approx. 105,000km now. The only real issue we had was a sunroof leak. The dealer eventually resolved the issue under warranty, but it did require about 5 months of persistent phone calls to management and corporate to drive resolution.

      @@canadaadv2960 I am warning you. That vehicle has a chronic problem with heating pipe and if it was broken never never and never fix it by removing the whole front panel. I did it with guarantee in the authorised dealer and in spide of that I had many sound issues in the car and sol it finally. Now I have a F10 Bmw 520i which was great car but has less fun to driving than KK honestly.
