I just did this last weekend on my 08 crewmax. They were in worse shape than I thought. Came out and went in easy. I recommend replacing them if you can.
Just discovered yesterday that my seals are bad/ ripped 😩 but thanks to your vid looks like an easy process. I also have a 08 crewmax so thanks for this!
Wierd thing. Since I replaced them all they are all good except for the passenger front. Seems to ride up as i lower then raise the window. Always have to push it back down into place. Just that one. Hope you have better luck.
Thanks for showing how to replace these ! I was wondering how to get them removed. From reading the comments I gather the $45 Amazon aftermarket brand (weatherstripping/belt/molding...whatever they call it) do not hold up as well as the dealer parts . I have a single cab and the dealer wants $130 for the two windows. I was just wondering how yours, that you got from the place you mentioned, are holding up after being on your vehicle for a year ?
Best video by far, follow your instructions to a tee. Being OCD as well I made sure all was cleaned before replacing with me strips. Excellent video.

thanks for the great vid I would have messed something up without it.
This is aftermarket weather strip
Do NOT buy the $45 set off Amazon whatever you do. All 4 shrank up and I ended up buying a set from Toyota to replace them.
same here...mine look like shit now

I broke down and went to the Toyota dealer and bought a whole new set.
