I'm terribly sorry that happened to you. And I totally agree with you that mental health is something that we need to talk about and normalize the conversation about it. I'm also glad that you didn't give details about the bottle and what you took in December. However, from what I understood in your story is that, it's possible that you might be schizophrenic or have multiple personality disorder (MPD). MPD in some people is as bad as your other person is trying to kill, instead, it tells it's host to go murder people. If it's neither of these, it's possible that your bipolic. Having said, whatever you do find a professional so you can be properly diagnosed and get the help you need because it sounds like this is periodic and easily triggered. @@Cwengile When I was a teenager, I had a friend who was accused of attempted murder and he was always exhausted in class. He said that he felt like he didn't sleep a wink at night and when he got up in the morning, he was dirty and had scratches all over his arms and body. He just couldn't understand where he got those because when he went to bed, he had none. One day, police came to pick up at school, next we knew, he was accused of attempting to 11 people in his neighborhood. The last victim knew who he was and couldn't understand why he would do something this horrible to him. I remembered what he had told me few weeks before. So I took what he told me to the school's psychologist who knew exactly what could be the problem. To cut a long story short, it turned out to be MPD. His other personality was a killer and would be awake at night and instructs my friend to commit these murders. The worst part, he wouldn't remember doing this. During his trial, five different psychiatrists agreed that he had MPD and he couldn't be criminally liable for any of the attempted murders. That whole thing got me so scared, I started reading up on different mental health illnesses and disorders. He was put on all sorts of watch but when he was going through therapy and taking medication, he was fine and today, he very successful. So that's why I encourage you to tame this while there's still time.
@@clantis wooow thank you so much, I am happy that you took it upon yourself to educate yourself regarding mental health. Many of us were uneducated until we started experiencing it. Thank you so much, may you continue sharing your knowledge ☺️
People who haven't been depressed just don't understand. When the depression sets in, it's like it orders you around. It tells you what to do and why. It's like it orders you to die. It's not sadness. The way I describe it is that it's like being stalked by death itself. Death is hunting you. When you are in it, your own death makes complete sense to you. It's so hard to resist it. It's totally irrational from the outside but totally rational from the inside. Only people who have been there can fully understand it.
Hey Rethabile, thank you so much for watching 😊. Woooow you have indeed explained it so well and I hope someone will read this comment and learn from it. Thank you 😊
I’m sorry you went through all of this, I hope you get the help that you need and a diagnosis so you are able to get the right treatment. I’m glad you were brave enough to share your story, by talking about mental health issues you are helping to remove the stigma and shame around these issues. I’m proud of you, you are making a difference in our lives. Depression, anxiety, chronic stress, suicidal thoughts, etc. are part of diseases that thrive in secrecy and darkness; talk about them, shine the light on them so people can come in and help. Thanks for opening up, you have taken one of the crucial steps required to heal. Now, please get professional help, you need it, consult a therapist and get a diagnosis, get meds if prescribed, talk to your family and friends, be encouraged, you are not alone in fighting this.
Thank you so much, I am indeed seeking help. And I want to raise awareness to our communities regarding mental health, as there are so many people who are suffering in silence 😔.

Thanks for sharing, I am going the same currently. When I try talking about it people say I am ungrateful I have everything in life but still I am complaining, I am not happy at all. I just feel useless, unwanted, unworthy and every time I am with people I try to be excited and all but even now I even wanted to quit my job and just stay alone
Hey thank you for watching, I completely understand how you feel and trust me, you are not useless nor are you ungrateful. Please send me a dm so that we can talk further. Also please try to get help and talk to a professional, so that they can be able to diagnose you. Always remember that you are worthy.
Your story has opened my eyes when it comes to mental health. People suffering with mental health issues have been stigmatized to a point where no one wants to seek help when they are not coping because they are scared of what people are going to say. Thank you for sharing your story and by continuing with what you doing many people will be touched, and hopefully they will be more comfortable to talk about mental health in all spaces.
Thank you so much, I am glad that you learnt a lot. I shared this because I wanted to end the stigma around mental health and for people to know that it's okay to ask for help 😊

@@Cwengile Absolutely heartbreaking. Well done Cwengile for giving people the courage to speak out. It's clear that this topic needs further attention, particularly coming up with tools and means to encourage people to never keep silent about something this important, LIFE.
