And for the record I think Ryan is a very good fighter and has the potential of being elite. His left hook is an elite punch and is one of the best punches in the sport. The only reason I don’t call him elite is bc he’s gotta show it against top opposition. Same for Boots he shows the eye test but hasn’t faced that opponent to prove he’s really top level. Same for David Morrell. I didn’t consider Benavidez elite until he beat Plant and then Andrade bc those are world champions. This win over Haney has an * by it for me bc of the weight issue.
