Day 2 of our Walt Disney World & Disney Cruise Line December 2023 vlog series!
Today was our Day At Sea so we started out strong with a trip down to the Senses Spa, I wasnt able to show all parts as I didnt want to film or disturb others in there but there wasnt many people in there at the time so it was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was VERY busy too but it was all the standard breakfast items and Mickey Waffles! 🧇
We visited Norma in the gift shop as she found and popped an item aside for me and it was also her Birthday!
We decided to take part in a drawing class and we drew Captain Minnie Mouse, I am not great but atleast you can tell who it is! Leo started feeling very unwell so we took a couple hours out whilst he rested, I went to a quiz with mom and dad as Leo slept and we nearly won which was fun!
We didnt do much else as Leo still wasnt feeling the best so we headed up to the quick service area on Deck 11 to get a snack and drink, we got a great window seat so just watched as we sailed along for a while.
We did a brain teaser quiz which was more of the thinking out the box sort and we did not do well! But it was so much fun. Time for Dining! We are in 1923 Roy Disney and we were sat by the Little Mermaid concept section which was perfect as I had my Little Mermaid bound complete with Loungefly backpack on.
The food there was so good, everything we ate was so lovely. Our amazing servers Merlin & Emma got a mini cake for mom for her birthday and Emma made her an origami flower 🌹
Disney also managed to fix our broken suitcase which was very appreciated too! Next adventure is to go on the AquaMouse!

Bless you for recording the Rainforest Room walkthrough! We’ve always been curious about what it looks like beyond the doors and the ‘Senses’ facade and we’ve always figured that it’s just been taboo to record back there. Come to find out, everyone’s just been leaving their cameras in the room! 😜 Glad you got a little bit of alone time in there while it wasn’t too busy. Can’t say I’ve ever seen a spa quite like that before, but it looks like something we’d positively LOVE to experience! We are wondering what made the Captain Minnie drawings and the Disney Quiz 18+ activities, though 😂 Look at Leo the navigator, identifying the star points that lead you to bow and stern. “Child, what is the answer?” 🤣 Loved the host for your brain teasers. It’s always fun to see the CM’s having fun! 1973 looked like a delicious meal. Can’t go wrong with filet mignon, that is one of the few certainties in life...although, I’m always a little sad when the portions are so tiny! Quality over quantity sometimes, I suppose haha and I’m sure you noticed Vanessa on that Little Mermaid concept art wall, too! 😜 Love the towel lobster haha and love this series! Happy birthday to your mum. Can’t wait to see the next chapter! ✨

I did tell myself I wouldnt record people so thankfully when we first got into the spa it was lvoely and quiet so I could capture a bit! Except the fog in the steam room! I had no idea how that would come out but thought I would keep it in anyway! haha
I think they wanted some adult only activites, it wasnt 18+ content, but I think a way for adults to keep to themselves! The brain teasers was so funny! At the start (as it was 18+) he said "I see a child, as its onl one, I will let it go for now, but behave or you are out"!! I was over the moon to see we were sat in the Little Mermaid section, the food was sooooo good! Thank you I will make sure to tell her!

Nope, we just clicked the little heart next to it in the app so 15 mins before it sent a reminder to your phone, it was more of a first come first serve, so as long as there was room in the venue anyone could attend! *Unless it was listed as 18+ then it was just adults!)
