Recently, some backwards-minded people decided that this Mexican presidential plane had to be sold to the highest bidder after only a short time in service. Apparently, these narrow minded individuals thought it was "too fancy" for the country despite it being Federal property and an undeniably positive representation of Mexico' image to the entire world. Last thing I heard, this beautiful Aztec Warrior was rotting in a hangar (still unsold!) with taxpayer's money being used to pay for its factory-required maintenance despite not being in the air anymore. All this while the current Mexican president travels commercial tourist class everywhere he goes, go figure...
