AAS Calibration For Mutoh ValueCut 2

A brief video on the steps to calibrate the AAS on the Mutoh ValueCut2.
Steps:
1 - Print the “AAS offset Calibration.pdf”
2 - Place printed sheet in cutter and align blade to first registration mark
3 - Add “AAS offset Calibration.plt” to Flexi “Production Manager” and send to cutter
4 - Look at the cut that is made in printed sheet and take note of which direction it needs to move. In the case of this video it needs to move to the right, or the "negative on the y value"
5 - On the cutter select - On/Offline - Misc - AAS Offset - Adjust for X or Y and then press enter
6 - Put a new printed sheet into the cutter
7 - Send the AAS offset Calibration Cut file form Flexi Production Manager again
8 - Confirm adjustment. If not perfect, repeat steps 5 to 7.
