Hot Gas Defrost System for Refrigeration
Вставка

- The hot gas defrost process uses the superheated vapor from the compressor discharge (on high pressure and high temperature) as the heat source. This vapor is diverted on a third system line, bypassing the condenser and the expansion valve, and directed through the unit cooler coil, warming it from the inside.
During the refrigeration cycle, the defrost line stays inactive by the solenoid valve closure, allowing the refrigerant to go through it regular path (compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator).
On the defrost process, the superheated vapor is released from the compressors discharge and directed to the unit cooler coil. For that, the system controller activates the solenoid valves to divert the fluid flow through the defrost line.

Bohat acha video
Sir bohut acchi se samjha yaa sir thank you sir
All the best😄
Thank you
👍
sir is one solenoid enough for hot gas bypass. and is this video made of deep freezer or chiller
It's chiller unit.
Enough because Refrigerant always try to find the easy way to Reach the compressor when the solenoid get opens gas will flow directly to evaporator coil one more thing is compressor suck the gas very faster when solenoid valve open ( no flow restriction like expansion valve)
