Joshua Bell, violin
Robert Spano, conductor
Atlanta Symphony Orchestra
Im telling you... he got to be one of the most underrated violinists ever. The way he interprets is so different but beautiful
My favorite thing about this performance is all the chromatic glissando- he does them so uniquely.
Superb, as is everything he plays.
Exquisite! Such emotion.
I swear, this piece does things to the pleasure centers in my brain, that I just can’t talk about, without blushing. 😊
This piece is so insanely difficult.
Only Karolina Protsenko moves around more... But great stuff.
man i love him but this interpretation is not my favorite. i get that he is mostly influenced by Itzhak perlman but i just cannot get behind the way he lets go of the bow through end of the phrases this much
In all respect...
Can you elaborate more? Compare to who's play please?
Perlman plays it better and closer to Sarasate's own version. SoHyun Ko also plays this extremely well.
