Forbes - why are you leaving out the most important detail of this story, which is that Ankur is the trust fund son of a billionaire, which means he never had to take any risk. His downside was always protected by family money. Kids like this can fail 100 times in a row and never have to go back to a 9-5 job because they have a trust fund. Not to mention all the connections and access that a billionaire father has to offer. Ankur's dad, Naveen Jain, is the real inspiration because he made it the hard way. Stop using these trust fund babies as some sort of inspirational example for the entrepreneurship community. It's like someone who's never been to war giving advice on how to be a courageous soldier.

This Forbes guy obviously know that Ankurs dad is a multibillionaire, but was instructed not to bring it up, because it would alienate his customer base.
Scam they stole $5500 from my husband’s bilt card and they don’t have direct customer support. For more than a year we are fighting. Going to sue them soon.
Ankur's dad (Naveen Jain) is a multi billionaire. Hilarious how Ankur tries to act like he can relate to the financial struggle of the every day American, and very disingenuous of Forbes not to bring this up.
