He’s clearly a very smart and successful individual, but he could benefit from more media training and interviewing practice. Perhaps engaging in multiple mock interviews, recording them, watching and critiquing his performance, and making improvements would help. While he may be a powerful figure behind the scenes, his current demeanor doesn’t quite reflect that. I’m sure his connections and friendship with LeBron played a major role in getting him to this point.
