@@BMACVAGS you’ll be seeing more of me if the pre purchase inspection comes back okay! Thinking about a 2013 Audi s7 with 147k miles on it. Drove flawless, has maintenance reports every 5k on car fax. I hope it’s something I can get!
Used to watch you years ago when I had an old vw golf, then old A4 and now I have a newish A7 and found this. Thanks for your effort. Great clear and easy to understand videos. Top work.
Great stuff I have a 2012 A6 C7 3.0 TDI 180 KW (245 Hp) pretty sure its the same engine I also recommend the Mann filters in addition to your service i would also change the fuel filter about $50.00 AU this is located about halfway under the car drivers side door the Mann part number for this is WK6003 fits A7 and A6 . Thanks again for the upload.
Great video well explained. Will help me with my A7. Would you not do the fuel filter also? Have you done the fuel filter if so have you a video? Thanks in advance
great tutorial as always. Is there a differece between pumping and open the screew on the bottom end regarding the metal particles that lay on the bottom end? By the way how is your house project going?
Excellent video. Subscribed. Main dealers are all about turning cars around quickly to meet their sales targets. Is the process very similar for a 2021 A7?
Good video made it look very easy .. ps u said yv had a few of these , on some days over night I get 1 or 2 drops of oil/ steering fluid I don’t know but only some days ( weird) any suggestions ? Thanks in advance
can you help I have mk3 golf 1.8 adz543271 engine and it has bent valves I also have another adz bare engine block but it has no auxiliaries ( alternator battery belt exhaust) can I just swap auxiliaries (battery alternator and so on ) off the bad on to the good engine and it be plug and play? ???
I have a A7 TDI Quattro (48k mikes) and it seems to sputter and hesitate around 30-40 mph. Is there a fuel additive or a injector cleaner that will help??
Does the A7 have an oil drain plug, or must you use that pump? I just drained my oil, refilled with 7.5 quarts, and now my transmission is malfunctioning. There was only ONE drain plug underneath my engine. Did I just drain my transmission fluid?
9 liters lol.. I thought it would only be like 5l or so!.. Shit now I have to buy another 5l 🤦🏻♂️.. But great video.. The oil pump /suction is great!!!!! Gotta buy one 👍🏻👍🏻
Sam Prince Most filters are made by the same few select companies. Mann is a huge filter supplier which provide rebranded filters for these vehicles. So you are paying mostly for branding.
Better to drop the oil from the sump From my experience of siphoning oil from the dipstick and filter there is still oil remaining in the sump Overfill and you will end up having major problems
Hi there. I have just serviced my car and the mechanic put 7.9 L in my Audi A6 2017 3.0 TDI 200 kW 272 bhp and the MMI tels I is to much oil in it. Can you let me know how much oil the engine requires pls thank you
either you're an amazing teacher, or this is simple. As a non car guy, i would feel comfortable trying this.
I love that comment. Thank you for taking the time comment

Im a huge beginner but i need some help asap... Does the audi a7 tfsi v6 have a drain plug on the sump pan?
Hey, thanks for the video! Can you advise which oil is better Mobil 1 or Castrol Edge European formula both 5w30 for 2014 Audi A6 3.0TDI?
Both are good quality oils, just make sure the specs are correct and all will be well.
@@BMACVAGS which specs do you mean?
This was great and very simple! Thank you!
Hi where have you been I used to watch you when you were fixing your golf
I am still here making vids...lol Have you subscribed to my other channel? ua-cam.com/users/BMACCARMODS

How many liters does an oil change need in an Audi A7 50 TFSI 2016 ? Thank you ,,
Wooo, BACK ATIT AGAIN.
dude!! can't wait to see a house tour. love the new car. i don't have an mk4 anymore.... switched to the dark side of honda.
I had a Honda recently, and I have to be honest....... They are pretty good. Which one have you got.
@bmacvags can you confirm that's how you add a new air filter for a 2015 A7 as well ?
Yes it the same
can you help I have mk3 golf 1.8 adz543271 engine and it has bent valves I also have another adz bare engine block but it has no auxiliaries ( alternator battery belt exhaust) can I just swap auxiliaries (battery alternator and so on ) off the bad on to the good engine and it be plug and play? ???
L Scouser yes you can

Heck yeah your back!
I have a A7 TDI Quattro (48k mikes) and it seems to sputter and hesitate around 30-40 mph. Is there a fuel additive or a injector cleaner that will help??
Is this the same for the BITDI A7 2016
Love your videos mate.
How's that renovation going?
have you replaced the fuel filter yet? how difficult it is ? any idea?
Cheers for the quality tutorial :-) Is this your new personal toy? Proper torque monster!
Haider A Nah, this one is just passing through
Good tutorial. Respect from Russia!)
We missed you man :D
Very similar to my a5 i used one of those cheap simoniz air con bomb's after changing my pollen filter it smells great now and was only 2.50.
Do I HAVE to get my self a oil pump? Or can I drain the oil from under the car?
I dont remember to be honest. Google it
keep it up great video
Very nice!
I'm thinking of an a6 3.0tdi probably 2015. Are the cam chain issues only a problem for older cars or is down to bad luck?
Cam chains are great, its the tesioners and plastic followers that change. Get the car cheap enough so that you can do these precautionary repairs
Good job man!
Do you have a fuel filter service video (part # 8Y0-127-401-A)?
Sorry not at the moment, but I may do one shortly.
Awesome! Thank you so much man. I appreciate it.
Excellent video. Just done this on my A7!
Does the A7 have an oil drain plug, or must you use that pump? I just drained my oil, refilled with 7.5 quarts, and now my transmission is malfunctioning. There was only ONE drain plug underneath my engine. Did I just drain my transmission fluid?
Your engine oil will have nothing to do with your transmission. If you have not followed my video, I don't know how to help you.
Hoovering that filter housing might be a good idea. ;-)
How do you reset your service due. I tried to do it through the menu but comes back on each time I turn the car on
Use an obd2 scannr if you have been unsuccesssful
How comes you didn't go for a air performance filter?
Good vid.
Thanks!
dont they have drain plugs under the car? or is it just easy access?
Yes they do have drain plugs, but no one wants to be laying around on the floor...LOL
that's true Lol. Good to see you back making videos and moving onto the MK5 platform
I like the upgrade from the Golf, if it's yours? ;)
No, this one was just a service
What kind of oil
MANN filters are very good, very easy taking into account its an A7 ...
bonne vidéo même si c'est en anglais on voit très bien comment procéder
9 liters lol.. I thought it would only be like 5l or so!.. Shit now I have to buy another 5l 🤦🏻♂️.. But great video.. The oil pump /suction is great!!!!! Gotta buy one 👍🏻👍🏻
long time no see bro
Ronnie P I know, but we are coming back with newer stuff
Well finally, you're fucking back!
Lool, Yep I guess so
Danke!
You're new car!?
Also house tour? ;)
Liebe grüße aus Deutschland / Greetings from Germany!
How much oil capacity does this hold
8L
What about the fuel filter?
Alin Farcas Fuel filter was replaced but not filmed
That air filter was proper minging!
surely genuine filters would compliment this beast?
Sam Prince Most filters are made by the same few select companies. Mann is a huge filter supplier which provide rebranded filters for these vehicles. So you are paying mostly for branding.
I was looking at the way to do it without the extractor and just decided to cough up the Money for an extractor I use on every oil change now
The A7 3.0 has no dip sick? That’s odd
Better to drop the oil from the sump
From my experience of siphoning oil from the dipstick and filter there is still oil remaining in the sump
Overfill and you will end up having major problems
Why not use the drain plug under the car? I took my "skid plate" off, cut a 2in hole it in, and now i can access my drain bolt quickly.
Finished the house?
Yes, it is pretty much done
yeah bro, how is your house goin.
This engine requires 8 ltrs of oil.
That is one dirty car!

Thank you
