'Why aren't I normal?' In this insightful sharing, Richard Rudd points us inwards to the source of our sense of inertia. For anyone who feels stuck in life or incapable of moving on, these piercing words of gentle guidance can be very transformational. He shows how our unconscious mind is usually at the root of our inertia, and this can be uprooted through self awareness and through the simple repeated mantra 'I can do anything'.

The irony is I tell my son everyday he can be anything he wants to be in life, yet I don’t say it to myself. Time for that reboot!
This is so beautiful Richard. Once, during an Ayahuasca ceremony, I was taken to my mother's womb at the very moment of my conception and I was this mass of nothingness feeling everything my mother was going through. It was terrible but so enlightening and it changed me forever.

In embryo the basic rejection occurred - not from mother, from father. Deeply planted seed, ingrained through daily dismissal, refusal to acknowledge me as a living being. Lived with daily until leaving family home for good. Crazy stuff. Many roads in to dismantle over many years. Trauma work necessary in conjunction with many programmes- like Gene Keys / Delta, Venus Sequence, and currently Activation Sequence. Together with "Unlock Your Design" synthesis of GK and Human Design. Wording critical to land inside. :)

When actively in my gift of radiance “Synergy” (or miraculously in the Siddhi of Communion) I’ve sensed being fully alive. Firing on all rockets. In this energy of being fully alive, fully engaged in my innate expression, involved in community for the benefit of all, I’ve attracted Attack and/ or Refusal. Often overwhelmed by it, shocked by meanness, jealousy and rejection, retreat beckoned. To recover in isolation, in safety. Bruised, battered, alone, separated from synergy and communion, unsupported and unacknowledged, to rise again, recovered by and in my own steam. By the one I can count on, me.
Breaking, or overcoming this pattern to lessen the time in recovery, is the point of engaging with the Gene Keys, Human Design, writing, reading, and consultation as nudged to do by intuition. Being declined scholarship assistance for the upcoming Pearl Sequence incited a look at 2 phenomenon, potentially complaints in need of completion.
1) The construction of profit model transformation and my experience with it.
2) Potential crumbs of bitterness swept under the carpet.
1) The math itself would indicate Capitalist-Enlightenment, the energy of hierarchy and capitalistic gain rising to the top, disproportionate to, to what? To define accessibility? This lifetime’s journey, a wild ride encountering the trials of life, poverty, illness, and solitary propulsion, meets the hurdle of access often. Often daily - less so now.
If the intention of the capitalist-enlightenment programmes (participated in for 23years) is truly intended to induce societal and planetary transformation and enlightenment, I wonder if pioneering the fundamental transformation of our 3D consciousness begins with addressing the outdated model of capitalist-enlightenment? Then there’s the issue of transparency.
Take the proposed Pearl Sequence. At $350 per person, based on participation of the past deep dives (The Venus Sequence and the Activation Sequence) let’s say 2000 paying participants, equals $700,000 … for this course.
The Venus Sequence at $250 - $500,000
The Activation Sequence at $250 - $500,000
The Pearl Sequence at $350 - $700,000

… other programmes and material sold to be added to generated profit. There are expenses of course. Staffing appears minimal, only a guess.
2) Raising individual and collective consciousness /spirituality, many endeavours rely on volunteers or assistants. Personal experience of 7years “assisting” with Landmark Education was an education in the machinations of Corporate-Enlightenment. “Giving back” and “being a contribution” are hooks for those of us with the propensity of giving. Pathological giving - feeding a need to be needed, a need to give. Not an enlightened need to be of service.
While In the throes of my personal inquiry, in 2005, to suss out the source of my dis-empowered participation and thwarted rewards in my personal life, a senior course leader of the Wisdom Division of LE entreated me to come to the rescue of failing registration. In opening up the Wisdom Division for Toronto I had produced record breaking enrolment in her course. I felt I needed to say no to her entreaties, in the context of seeking an empowered place to engage further.“ I am a "No" to your request.” I said, “My participation has not been from an empowered place.” “I know that.” She said … no offer to support completion of this new awareness, no partnership offered, on my behalf. Simply pressure and unsuccessful guilt-persuasion - From the leader of the 2nd most senior programme of Landmark Education. The course? “Partnership Exploration.” How ironic.
I had enrolled 29 people (in 2004) at $2500US ($3625 in 2021) to attend the programme in person, travelling to California 6 weekends within the year. Unprecedented Toronto participation. With each person I scaled the hurdles of time and money, usual objections to engage in high cost personal development. Producing $72,500 ($104,400 in 2021) revenue for LE, no monetary gain on my part. One example of 7years LE benefiting through my extensive contribution to expanding Corporate-Enlightenment of personal transformation & growth. “Feel goods” and “personal development” via contributing, were to be my reward. A lifetime pattern of giving and not being acknowledged, not realising monetary reward still in place. To break this pattern I needed to move on from Landmark Education. And I did.
I now continue my journey. Reliance upon my self upgraded with deeper understanding of my needs, how people can react to me, how to dial my setting to be received. Upgraded to attune with inner guidance of hearing and heeding MY inner voice. Newly released to a more audible level, brilliantly supported by the living transmission of The Gene Keys, by expansive, clarifying and exacting language of Human Design, by reading and writing, and by visualisations & meditations of 5D consciousness.
- My recovery time of disappointment is now minimised.
- My traumatised inner child is seen & acknowledged, embraced & loved, by me - unmet needs of childhood now met.
- My projector type understood and embraced (misunderstanding & rejection elicited child-trauma.)
- My core wound of guilt (for existing) seen, dislodged and transmuted.
- My emotional strategy understood, respected and heeded.
- My suffering (Life’s Purpose GK47) becoming mastered.

Sometimes Inertia may be due to some hidden fear complex.
And that fear would not allow to let go the fear.There should be some courage to get rid of this Inertia...Faith should be there that I can do anything in any circumstances...There is a weak will power with Inertia but when one have good will power then this inertia will not remain.

I do resonate with this. It’s SO human, yes! Absolutely! Little steps forward and rest often if need be. Gentle does it. For me I’m using and learning the Emotion Code. Any charge can be dissolved with this.

@Richard Rudd - Really liked the idea of the Gene Keys and the content of this video. Only recently found you on youtube so am new to your videos. However i do not like the idea of "i can do anything" because it is clearly false, and also whenever i have tried to implement this in the past when i was a young adult it has lead me to do things which were not successful. So i concluded that a person cannot do anything, they can do a lot more than they currently think, but not anything. A better affirmation might be along the lines of "although i could do anything, i choose to do the things which lead to successful outcomes, in order to achieve outstanding results", and then combine it with other supporting affirmations such as "where there appears to be no way, i find a way", or "i dont stop when i am tired, i stop when i am done". Bit of a mouthful but i honestly that thats a better affirmation. Anyway, hope that helps.

I'd love to see first hand accounts from some people who have managed to shake off inertia by following the guidance in this video. Or perhaps found a way through with any other way.
I look at my life and it seems that I've always been like this. I can envisage that my Mum could have had the thoughts that Richard mentioned and can see the possibility that I'd could have tuned into them. I can see this how this could have had an impact on me.
When say "I can do anything" it seems like I am just saying the words but they are empty of conviction and feeling. Is it possible to keep saying something and eventually believe it and act on it? It would be great to read comments that say, something along the lines of "I did this, it worked!." Perhaps if you're reading this Richard you can say here (or point me to a resource) that you've known many people like me who were so stuck in their stuckness and who've managed to go through a transformation.
