i chose this video bc it said fast and easy. i am a beginner and this is definitely not for beginners. i had to undo, redo, undo and redo many times. i have never heard of double crochet in front of post or double crochet in back of post??!! very frustrating. and mine looked nothing like yours. ☹️. but……..i am determined to finish tyfs!
There is front post and back post double crochet sister...but if you are new to crocheting,it might be hard.
I hope you figured it out by now, but IF you haven’t look up basket weave. That would help a lot
Buy a crochet stitch handbook to refer.
This will make crocheting easier. There’s many things to learn. Don’t be discouraged. It takes years to learn many things well.

Very easy to follow your tutorials the first time I've been able to place the front and back posts where they belong!! This is a much easier pattern to follow the the ones you need to increase double crochets from the middle. I appreciate the time and effort you put into posting these instructions. I plan on making more hats and booties as these are quick and easy for me to understand and make. Thank you for posting!!!💖
