You forgot to factor out the alpha correctly at 4:42. There should be no alpha inside the parentheses to apply the parallel axis theorem :)
Also, and I am not sure, but I think you flipped the tangential and normal reactions at 9:00. The normal reaction should point to the center of curvature.
