I remember those days! When land yachts dominated our highways and byways! My aunt had a 75 or 76 Mercury Marquis and that thing was freakin' HUGE! And the doors were like bank vaults when they closed. Big, giant, heavy cars were the order of the day in the years before mini-vans and SUV's!
Absolute masterpiece - the Car and the Work you guys did as well! 👏 I’d say I’d put one in my living room to admire it daily, but it’s probably longer than my living room! 😂🚗
I had this same spec car only a 1975 which i liked better because of the one year only interior that had a detachable armrest! I was all of 21yrs of age in 1978 when i owned my second Eldorado convertible! That car got more action than a bookie during Superbowl week! The ride and the torque were incredible not only did it transport you down the road, but it took you places only seen by a rare few! The car was stolen and to this day I STILL MISS IT! FLOAT ON EL D.
Rock and Roll is here to stay..........being my age, I turned off your back ground music, got out my old boom box and listened to a Bee Gees 8 track for the whole detail..........hope this didn't kill our 3000 mile friendship young man.....happy new year!!!!!!!!!!!!
So gorgeous, such a great job.. my question is, though.. with today’s technology, can anything be done to restore the engine to how it SHOULD be performing? Just curious.. Great job!
I would think that I would clean the top first before working on the body. I would also think it would be easier to remove the seats in order to do a deep cleaning of the interior.
Really? I've been in a few V-series and that statement is far from the truth. If they had had the technology and advancements we have now, they would have used it. Because we can absolutely build that car right now but don't.
@ For me personally, it's less about the technology than about the styling. I just love the American cars from the 60s to the mid-70s. Of course, today's technology is better, but the styling isn't. In my opinion.
@@timkinley1779 Sorry to strongly disagree. There is NO WAY automakers could afford to build a car like that today. I also own Kansas City Auto Electric and all of these technological advancements keep me very, very busy. I specialize in classic cars, and when they rarely come in for electrical trouble, it is a 15-minute fix. When a modern car comes in, it takes many hours, and the bill normally is in the thousands, mostly due to the cost of parts that you can't get anyway.
@@hurricane2649You mean you're simple and don't like to evolve because you wish others to think you're a hero because you work on cars and they choose not to.
@@timkinley1779 Seriously?, I read your comment several times. I attempting to find some sort of intelligence in it and I failed. It must be an educational thing.
This is total bull$hit. I detailed cars for years, this car is was already clean, the brakes had very light surface rust. The paint had no real damage on it. A light buff and coat of wax would make it look awesome. Interior was also very clean. What a waste of time.
Dear Hoosier, You are spot on! This car was on essentially impeccable condition-and anyone with a good paste wax and leather cleaner could have done just as good a job!
Those El Doggs were a masterpiece and glad to see it getting detailed. 9000 miles Granny must have only driven to the Beauty Shop and Grocery store.
This is the shit. Exceptional Condition. Please bring her by I've got Caddy Bucks set aside. 😊
Me too. Hehe
Glad to see you detail a classic car like this Cadillac.I love this kind of car.
Such a legend!
@@IAMDetailingI strongly agree
So excited to see this magnificent beast brought back to life AND to see something that’s not a Porsche on your site. Thanks!
So nice to see such a beautiful car get a much needed refresh. Nice work! I watch this more often than some boring Ferraris.
Big pimpin! That is a land yacht and a half. Love it. It cleaned up nicely for its age. That laser work though!!👀
Laser putting in work this week!

Only in America, the rest of the world laughed 😂
Absolutely beautiful! 🤘🏻😎🔨 An amazing transformation. I love it. I love these old “boats!”
Full blown yacht! Hope you had a great holiday my friend!
What a treat to witness the transformation from professional detailers!
Outside the usual exotic cars you detail, this was a true treat to watch. The car is stunning. Thank you!!!!
Maximum Mack Daddy! That Caddu is not for the faint of heart. The back seat, the trunk...the parallel parking, all good 🏁🏁🏁
I cant even imagine having to parallel park this beast every day 🤣
That has to be one extremely happy customer!!!!
An exercise in patience and a focus on detail. Meditation. Stunning.
Wow that was enjoyable to watch. The laser detailing is wild. Never knew that was a thing! Probably looks better now than it ever did!
What a beauty! Golden era for cars in my opinion. Hope you didnt forget to clean the shovel on the trunk 😅
El Dawg! That's a beauty

I never knew laser detailing was such a thing that existed til now. Very cool and interesting. Whats next, dry ice? 😅
There actually is some detailers that use dry ice to detail similar to this method.
Thats how its done folks great work amazing transformation.
Incredible work. All the best in 2025!
Thanks Mark! You too!
Now that’s a caddy
AAAAMAZING!!!
Good Job
when the cadillac used to be a cadillac .❤❤ not like todays cadys
C'est incroyable de voir ce que la technologie permet d'accomplir
Cadi cool 😎
More vids like this would be awesome!
What specifically did you enjoy about this one? More data helps me create more like it!
Simply amazing. What does this level of restoration and how long of a waiting list?
Try proofreading.

There's enough metal there for any two modern cars!🤣
Just look at these seats and you will know what is comfort
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
What the compound for first step you use?
Why put the hubcaps on upside
DANG!!!!!!!!
I drove this car, it felt like I was driving a water bed.
For sale?
❤
Wish todays cars had some style like theybdid back then when you could tell what kinda car it was. Unlike todays cars which all look the same
Так и не понял в чем прикол очищать от ржавчины суппорта, диски тормозные? Они же заржавеют снова за неделю🤔
Why always using ex for First Step?
Roto Are so much easier for First step.
Finish ok ex.
one of the last real Cadillacs. Today Cadillac only produces BS. sad.
