I've been doing this workout for just over a month now. Even only just doing it 2-3 times a week, I have already lost close to 4 pounds and see the fat burning slowly off my body and muscle starting to build too. This is amazing and I recommend it for anyone that hasn't tried working out with weights. It really does work.
The simple fact that you worked out the entire program yourself already put you ahead of most of the coaches who just say "do these exercises x sets and y reps".

Love it. Plan on doing full body 3x per week on Monday wed and Friday. Mon and wed at gym and fri at home with this routine (lower weight/higher reps than on mon and wed). Cardio (running) on t, th, and sat. Rest on Sunday. Wish me luck

Definitely got after it. Just sucks I can't find any dumbbells heavier than 8 lbs, but this workout still had me sweating. Keep em' coming! 21 days in a row, ain't stopping now!
5 months training, tried this vid for the first time right now, it is quite good although I didn't sweat much. I am not sure why that is, gave it my all. I suspect my weights were too light (15lbs) but then some exercises I struggled: triceps kickbacks, lateral raise, push ups (I weigh 195 lbs so after about 15~ish push ups I can't anymore), so I am not sure if I should just increase my dumbbell weight for all exercises except those ones? One exercise I really appreciated was the sumo squat W raise, because after all those months training, it's the first exercise I found that really lets me feel my pectoral muscles working !!! That's much much appreciated
@@marianopacheco613 thanks for the advice :) , I was already putting 30 mins cardio before, then tried to do it after instead, to see the difference, also tried without cardio at all. I think I just don't sweat too much, it might be related to my lower water intake so I'll try focusing on drinking more, as I understand it could help with training efficiency
Thank You....I have been looking for an easy to understand/do a full body workout, something I can do at home or when on move with minimal equipments and the routine shown here by You works best for me. More so because it's easy to follow your instructions as if I have my old trainer back 😀👍🏽

Like most of us I have been stuck working at home. I am lucky and blessed. The job is pretty secure and hope this lockdown will end soon. Good luck to everyone. Of course the gyms are closed and finally started following workouts on UA-cam primarily HASFIT. But they became to easy and found this one. I love that its only 27 minutes but its hard and brings up a lot of sweat. Great video. Keep up the good work during these trying times. Ivy

I been work out 💪 at home at Glenwood in laguna beach and I can feel the burn I been doing the weights and push ups and also a pull up bar and I get more muscle and I feel the burn and the sweat and I am really happy to work out every day

Try adding a 7 min cardio just before starting. Your heart rate will likely stay elevated through the workout and you will get a good sweet.
