You do realize the great Ansel Adams used the dodge and burn technique in post to bring contrast in the shadows and highlights in his photos. The only difference is his was done in a dark room where as today its done online

SERIOUS photographs. Does anyone know which leica he is using... and lens? I'm guessing many are with summilux 35. or summicron. Killer images.
Leica M10 Monochrome and 24mm Summilux 1.4 and 50mm Summilux 1.4 lenses.
In case you wonder how he takes those kind of photos, he "pre focuses", using zone focusing and always using spot metering, focusing on highlights
