    Hi Praveen,
Great work! I'm Sri Lankan. According to our great chronicle Mahawamsa Sigiriya was built by Sihalese King Kasyapa, the son of King Dhatusena of Mauryan Dynasty. They were descendants of Mauryan-Sakyan Dynasty of (Solar Race) to which King Rama, Prince Siddharta (Lord Buddha) and Emperor Asoka belonged. By this era (5th century C.E) Anuradhapura was the capital of the country and this area was highly populated though it looks like a jungle now. Our Sinhalese kings belonged to solar dynasty either descending from Sakyans of Nepal or Kalinga kings of Odissa (Kalinga Desha ) India. First Sinhalese King Vijaya was a great grandson of Kalinga Emperor of Lord Buddha's time. All this genealogy is recorded in our chronicles.
But according to unwritten Sri Lankan legends Sigiriya was also the palace of King Rawana. Probably he lived 5000 years back therefore if these legends are true there has been a fortress here for that long. But that civilization got destroyed and descendants were not as powerful as their ancestors by the time of Lord Buddha. When first Sinhalese King Vijaya arrived in the country Kuveni the Yaksha Queen (who belonged to the native race of Ravana) was ruling and she offered him the crown killing all her royal relatives in a wedding. So who lived here afterwards were descendants of Vijaya and his associates rather than Rawana descendants. But there are descendants of the Rawana-Asura race still living in Sri Lanka for sure and nobody can deny it.
So it seems as if this rock which was once used by Rawana as his Lankapura was re inhabited at the time of King Kasyapa. He killed his father for the throne and was looking for a hiding place to escape from his brother Prince Moggallana,
You mention a lot about alien involvement in ancient architecture. Our chronicles and ancient text do speak about this. But only difference is that chronicles call the aliens "deities" or demi-gods. They describe how they assisted in building all these gigantic stupas. If somebody is interested you could read Mahawamsa, Thupawamsa, Deepavamsa and many other chronicles of Sri Lanka. Many books could be downloaded and read in English.
It's great to see many people from all around the world watching these videos and wondering what has actually happened. I think the truth could not be hidden and we will expose it one day. It's pointless having arguments over minor things like racism here.

I think that lenses wouldnt have been placed. I mean think about this, lenses will reflect no light but instead focus them. What purpose would they achieve by focusing the light? Melt the rock? Which has clearly not been done. Instead, mirrors could have been placed. You already showed us that this was designed as a giant trap(flooding and false illusions). Mirrors would distract and confuse the enemy by shining light on them and also the people on top can see the positions of the enemy with the help of these mirrors.

Dear praveen, I am from Sri Lanka, thank you for the amazing observation and for the video. I, refering to those STEP SHAPED carvings that can be seen on the rock. Here they say that those step patterns was used to travel on and among the rocks, where there had been a machine called '' karkataka yanthra'' used to go from place to place over the rocks, maya be there have been projections which fit in to those indetations, and peaple can easily move from a rock to to rock and on the rock. may be they climbed on top tp the sigiri rock using '' the karkataka yanthra'' .thats why you can see thoses step patters indentations over the sigiri rock, and some other parts of stone monuments in SL.

Great observations! If you compare that rock cut "chair" as you call it, to the quarry right next to Sacsayhuaman in Peru, you see many more examples of just the same. I know, because I've been there myself. And if you google the Phrygian Valley in Turkey, you see more of the same style of rock cuttings; "chairs", "vehicle tracks", stairs, houses, beds and everything you can imagine. It is apparent to me that whichever civilization or creatures that could melt or cut rocks with such ease, obviously could also travel all over the world as they pleased.

Praveen i dont think the structures are 1500 years. I think they are 12,000 years old. Also i can see the weathering on some of the rocks. The weathering looks to be many thousands of years not just a 1000. From work done by others like you I think this is a sign of an ancient culture which was global in nature that was expert in megalithic technology and this culture disappeard due to a global catastrophe.

And here in this video i guess the groves might be created for the soldiers to climb on to the rock and keep a check over the area... And the holes might be to created to place the lights(just like how we place diyas into holy tulsi pots) so that the areas around would light up.. And other advantages might be that such careful lightning would prevent forest fires and the diyas would still glow inspite of wind(if covered by lens) and protection of the soldiers from forest animals.. in fact as per our ancient texts of ramayan it was base of a great asur(opposite of God's) named ravana. He was so intelligent, powerful (but evil) that lord vishnu the preserver of universe had to take human form to kill him.
The bridge connecting india and sri lanka is mentioned in ramayan and every hindu is told about lord ram since ages now.
The stories are very very old, and now the evidences are being found.

@@alokverma-eh3bb Asura is not opposite of god. It was Created by aryas against Thamizhar. It Kandapuranam Suran was killed by Lord Murugan and he was converted Suran into Cook and peacock. In this puranam of sura vadam done by God. The opposite of sura is asura. So now meaning that asura is opposite of sura is good person that is God Muruga. Also look into that dharma opposite is adharma. Like that you can come across many words in Sanskrit and in other Indian languages. Probably the bigger slot is used to collect solar radiation using giant mirror and cause burning at its focal point which can be a larger distance.

I also notice another mound in the opposite direction slightly smaller, that means three piles slightly offset, I believe the three large pyramids in Giza are also in the same relative offset positions. And further common traits are the sphinx like paws at the foot of the main Sigiriya temple.

Thank you for doing these videos. The site is way older then legends. It's an ancient site created by the giants from over 1 million years ago and then added to and kept up to the best of the people's abilities from then to now. My theory on those slots is that originally they held up roof top structures or building structures made of wood or some other not long lived material. what makes for a more solid foundation than a rock. It would make for a very stable foundation to have wooden posts shaved to fit and at various angles then shaved level to set a floor on and from there the rest of the structure. Three three rock foundation may very well have been the base for a very large home and most of these structures where homes before they where turned into temples.

Before sharing my thoughts I would like ask you a question, how far from these rocks the pool you showed in the first video on sigiriya? If it is nearby this might be one way to trap the enemy entering the sigiriya.
    Or
Crystals generally refract light in multiple direction so that if an enemy atacks during night, they can be easily traced and counter attacked,
At this point you might ask me however it is visible from top then what's the point in placing crystals, for this I can say it is difficult to reach that place from top of sigiriya to alert soldiers and any sound made then it will make enemy alert. There is one more reason for this it is because only a few people can enter the sigiriya from main entrance when compared to vastness of the army.

I would love to see someone use radioisotopes to plot the path of the water through the structure and its surrounding pools. I would suspect an artesian well feeds the main pool at the top. My presumption is that the pool is at the correct height to have a column of water with just the correct weight to counter the pressure and prevent overflow. Is there and evidence of ground subsidence around the structure? This would indicate a deep aquifer under the area that is being drained. What is the composition of the water? I work with lab water equipment (among many other things) and would like to do some tests. It is possible to determine the water's origin by looking at the dissolved solids and their quantities in parts per million. This would allow us to tell if it is from surface water, or from the aforementioned deep aquifer.
I hope this helps with your research.

From the little I have studied about Sigiriya those cube cut outs are steps carved into the rock to make it accessible, I think even in somewhat recent history I'm talking when my grandparents were younger these were how they used to actually climb sigiriya along with also a rope to assist. The safer passageway that exists now is very recent. Along the main rock fortress you can see various lines of rock cut outs that's clearly from different ages along the side. This is also detailed in so many books esp by Pandit Paranavitana. I've been saying for years that the government needs to properly fund conservation efforts here but sadly the Sri Lankan govt will never undertake this venture.

These people must've been phenomenal climbers. I assume some of the rock was cut to make it easier to climb as well. Sensational videos! I really enjoy your thoughtful content. The persons sitting at the top of these rocks can maneuver the movement of these mirrors and lenses to focus them appropriately on enemies.... My 2 cents. The same technology was used by Greeks and Romans to destroy the enemy ships by using concave reflecting mirrors.
