My box says it takes 30 min to charge the battery. Do you have to wait for the water to heat up, like a steam iron? How much water do you put in? Do you empty it after each use? Does it make the cat's fur wet & do you have to wipe down the cat afterwards? (NO instructions came with mine). My cat LOVES the brush even without the steam - soft bristles, gets out lots of loose fur. Thank you
