I played city folk as a kid and he made me so uncomfortable that I hated getting on the bus to the city and I would just skip through his dialogue as fast as I could and try not to look at it, haha

A lot of E-rated games tend to assume most of their players will be kids so the age of the protagonists averages pretty young.

Thanks for making this little compilation, he'd make weird comments towards my character when I played on the DS, any guys I knew who played never had to deal with his dialogue, so they didn't understand why I didn't like him. And with new horizons, that scope of people who didn't understand increased to whoever has only played on switch. ...I physically recoiled from my screen at "ya ever dated a turtle?"
i imagine nintendo dumbed it down for the kids. i still dont like how calm resetti is now :( (but yes i can admit that kappn was very predatory, esp if u picked a girl character)
