i mean the build currently does similar dmg to enemies as crit build -- but it gives you at least alot of tankiness.

what runes do you go with the build?

Same runes as always, the build doesn't affect it. My runes of choice are on the screen towards the left of the HUD.

I got flamed hard for going statik shiv/hullbreaker sivir. I got towers though

but isnt Hullbreaker usless if you're not alone, since the effect only works when you're alone vs many?
Or did they change this?

They did, there's no isolation effect on it anymore.

why did you stop building collector on aphelios?

I'm doing some testing right now, but best Aphelios build to me at least feels like IE rush, then either Shieldbow/LDR/Collector.
