we are in the golden age of radiohead. a golden age that's lasted all the way since the 90's. every album is brilliant, every song is beautiful in its own frightening and strange way, every concert is like watching the gods perform. radiohead will never die 👌
Major Thom I disagree with you but it's your opinion. I think tkol was bad other than lotus magpie and bloom. The b sides were great but I wouldn't say better than most of those two albums. half of bends and half of kid a
@@GetShrekd Yeah… It was rather awful. Really bugs me how little guitar there is in some of their stuff now. To anyone reading this who has a different opinion on those things, that's ok if you disagree, (we're all entitled to our opinions) but don't abuse me for expressing mine.
Its interesting to hear there songs in more rocky versions than electronicy ones. Its like hey lets make this electronicy song with no guitar or not much guitar more rocky hahaha. I never knew Radiohead did that until I saw this live video and some other ones.
Name another band who release a false start (Pablo Honey) and then go on to release one great album after another , non-stop. And every one of them different and powerful and amazing. And make tracks from each of those albums come electrifyingly alive and awesomely different when they play live. No. There's only Radiohead. Only Radiohead.
Thom's voice doesn't seem that strong on this song. Like he's nervous or apprehensive or isn't sure quite how to sing it live. The rest of the concert is great but they just haven't seem to have nailed how to do this song live.
I get what you are saying, but their creativeness and genuine musicality overrides. Any electronica is still played from the heart, and it comes across.
There’s a clear difference between using simple trap drums and actually building a creative structure for a song. Radiohead has been able to do this successfully for the past 20 years. Get yo uninspired ass outta here
You do know Led Zeppelin used to play the violin bow on his guitar sometimes particularly in dazed & confused. I do fuck with ur profile pic tho! Great movie!
No - it's misunderstood.....It's a prayer and a rebellion, and a higher form of creativity in the love of art.........Artists in their caliber can afford to "flip it", punk it - and thrash their own "pretty perfect creations" into whatever new form they feel - taking their artistic freedom to perform any song in whatever style they feel like in the moment or not.....creating in that moment a unique version you will never hear again, cause it can't be repeated...and thou shall feel blessed you were here to experience it when it happened.....God meets us in art....
Love how ghostly & hollow his vocals sound when he sings "witch."

Major Thom I prefer daily mail over the butcher
But I respect your opinion🥴

they sampled *Nina Simone* talking about 'having no fear as the definition of freedom' as they come out?! how can i love them any more?
So badass.
Damn his voice is awesome in live
2:22 This bit is so cool, specially when he says: "Shoot the messengers"
I kind of like this version too. Sure the studio version with the strings was amazing but I like the stripped down, raw charm of this one
If any band could figure out a way to perform a song recorded with strings with guitars, it's this band
I prefer this one because of the guitars.
damn, this is the best band at the moment. Tom has a magical voice
Luuk de Bakker thm*
Victor Gomez Thom*
You put the bullet in the right target man!!!,I'm with you.
Clearly not, try listen cover by leo
Currently the best band alive if not alltime
Agreed.
Led zepellin best cover band ever
3:28 this solo!!
Can't wait to see them again in Manchester Arena 😃
Simon Edgbaston see ya there

Sick! As usual incredible visuals and unparalleled performance.
"Abandon all reason, cos this is a low-flying panic attack." Sounds a bit familiar.
Nice! This is the first live footage of this track that sounded fucking excellent.
Fernando Arenas An interview from Nina Simone when asked what does the word "freedom" mean and feel like to her. Powerful stuff.
i love this fucking song!
🖤🤘🏻this song I am so blessed to experience this band since a long time and hope for more much love 🖤
Just amazing..i havnt the words,wow
WTF!! i love them!, i love this song alive, love Tom, his a fucking genious!

No.
There's only Radiohead.
Only Radiohead.
Pablo had some good tunes (Lurgee, Blow Out, Vegetable)
what a performance, , Thom's voice .....
Love this song... they seem to have neglected it now. Was finally starting to sound great love here.
I'm so glad thom saw jeff buckley live
This is insane!!!!!! 😍😍🙌
Jonny Greenwood is epic here
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Speechless!
I would die to see them perform this live again
The power of this songg
they should record and release this arrangement also
Please!!
Raw! Awesome

I think it's the lack of strings. They are the "body" of the song.
It’s their first song.
Singers need time to warm up (and Thom is like, a high tenor and falsettist who’s pushing 50 bruh)
awesome
I just wish it would've ended with the camera on Jonny 🎸🎻
너무 좋다ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
Brilliant
When you think it's impossible to sing higher Thom does it!
Lo maximo thom
Does anyone know what the fuck those vocal samples are at the beginning? I saw them at Outside Lands, same sample, same puzzlement. Whaaaat is ittttt
너무좋다... 미쳤어..
Nina, baby
레 디 어 헫
That opening conversation is the cure against Corona! #nofear!
Where was this song at Glastonbury 2017!?
Emerson Cooper Music they only played songs mostly from Ok Computer
sick
where's the dialogue at the beginning from?
Fernando Arenas Nina Simone.
Sounds Hail to The Thief like
갓더위치.. 새앨범 필요업따!
Eu esperava mais
Seriously, when’s Jonny going to get a hair cut?
I think this is a song about Trump
last geniuses
This is a low flying panic attack!!
We know where you live.
piloerections bruh piloerections
The audience tho.....
Enfoquen a Colin
Wish that karaoke guy would get off the mic so we could hear the musicians #arguable
Love the song but don’t like this live
Why lives always sound that bad; that's why I never go to a live
Love Radiohead and this song but Thom’s vocals suck here.
good at what they do but wish they wouldn't have gone on the electronic path...... there are still bands who don't rely on musical shortcuts...
I get what you are saying, but their creativeness and genuine musicality overrides. Any electronica is still played from the heart, and it comes across.
Musical shortcuts?! LOL. Their arrangements are so complicated compared to some stripped-down 4-piece band, that has to be considered laughable.
"electronic path" it's not some box you just turn it on and songs all of a sudden come out of it. There is still a creative process behind the music.
ugh shut up you don't know what you're taking about
There’s a clear difference between using simple trap drums and actually building a creative structure for a song. Radiohead has been able to do this successfully for the past 20 years. Get yo uninspired ass outta here
good example of a great song poorly done live.... I can forgive how bad Thom sounds but playing the guitar in place of a violin? Bust lol
You do know Led Zeppelin used to play the violin bow on his guitar sometimes particularly in dazed & confused. I do fuck with ur profile pic tho! Great movie!
What a joke...
Lol he sounds terrible live xD
he sounds great in some songs and not good in some others
bad singing
So Lazy.
