How do you get around Coming Soon rules with your MLS? Ours doesn't let us advertise Coming Soon outside our brokerage unless it's already listed in the MLS as Coming Soon.
Every area is different for sure. Make sure you stay within the rules of your local mls. I probably should have clarified that in the video. Thanks for the feedback.
It varies based on the target audience. If you’re curious just Google best times of day to post on Instagram or whatever platform for a real estate agent and you should be able to find your ideal time to post.
