ADG is my absolute favorite gym scent! Particularly bc it is light, smells almost natural & it doesn’t seem like you’re trying too hard. First Instinct is one my favorite fragrances of all time, but I think it is too sweet smelling to wear at the gym. I only use it for beach/pool parties or maybe bars. Fun video!

Issey Miyake Pour Homme. Bvlgari Aqua Amara and Aqua Marine. Versace Pour Homme and Man Eau Fraiche. All purported to have that smell yet I've never detected it.
Abercrombie &Fitch First Instinct Together is my go to. 100ml is $20 at Marshalls. It's Dylan Blue meets Invictus. Solid projection for 90 minutes. 6 hour wear. 4 sprays and get lots of complements. Light Blue and Issey Miyake L'eau De Issey Pour Homme are my others.

Regardless of what it is, everyone can have different preferences and price points but I just personally recommend to always go fresh. That oud fragrance can wait until after you're done working out and you've cleaned up for the day.

Followed by the nutty tonka and marine/mandarin accords from the original AHS. Idk I have to trust my skin chemistry on this one. Have worn all 3 you have mentioned and it's always Eau Extreme that seems most appropriate. VPH actually being the one that gets cloying(fishy calone smell).

Maybe they cant smell you like for me 5 sprays is only good if your getting close to the gals if you’re just walking past them then 10 sprays at least to get noticed and you need to look inviting to chat to not sure if thats the right way of putting it

From all the scents that I've worn to the gym so far (which isn't many), I've found Creed Aventus Cologne and D&G Light Blue Intense to be the best. Creed SMW and VIW also work
scents I like to use in the gym are the new dolce Gabbana forever, it smells like grapefruit and dior homme cologne so fresh and clean also recently got Mercedes benz cologne more affordable version of the dior homme cologne if you can get it under $50 for 100ml.

Ever noticed that in each of videos like this best or sexiest male fragrances, they ALWAYS pick the most popular ones. Well guess what happens? The guys will see this, go out and buy these and all of a sudden they all smell the same, thus erasing the vibe in an instance. It's the same thing all over again. It happend with the undercut too, everybody had it, and they all looked like a copy of each other. Obviously it went down hill from there. It's the same thing with fragrances. That's why the popular one's only stay popular for so long, too much of it.

I like the opening, but I don’t think it last long or has very good performance on my skin. Once I use it up I won’t be buying another bottle. I was looking for a fragrance to replace it that was fresh, good performance, good for work, the gym, day wear and as you pointed out not to expensive. I like the sound of Abercrombie and Fitch First Instinct. I don’t have anything like that in my collection and so first instinct from AnF sounds like what I’m looking for. A head turner that could be viewed as different because it’s not as well known as some designer fragrances which might add some mystery to the fragrance and so encourage girl at the gym to approach me. I did not find a video dedicated only to perfumes that have a predominant raspberry note. I would like a perfume that smells sweet of raspberry, fine, feminine, persistent, to smell of expensive perfume but the price not to be niche perfume. Videos are dedicated to perfumes that have a predominant note of vanilla, jasmine, wood, fruit and so on, but I would like a good raspberry one, in which the raspberry does not disappear after the first spray. If you already have such a video, I did not find it.

An alternative for Dior homme cologne is citrus cedro of Adolfo Domínguez, it's very similar and most cheap

Or Zoologist Squid. Heavy sprays. You can't go wrong with those in the gym.
