Lol, you look like the Jesus that I imagine. I just found you today and so far I love it. You seem to have the gift of teaching the Bible that you hold in your hands. Please don't change. As long as you remain true to the simple gospel, I'll keep watching. I'm looking forward to much more to come. Love you my Brother and may God bless you and your work.
John 6:40 doesn't apply to Matthew 7:21-23 since they believed in Jesus. Much more applicable are these verses; What is the will of the Father? God wants you saved,He wants you Spirit controlled, and He wants you separated from sin. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8 It is God’s WILL that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; 4that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, 5not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God; 6and that in this matter no one should wrong or take advantage of a brother or sister. The Lord will punish all those who commit such sins, as we told you and warned you before. 7For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. 8Therefore, anyone who rejects this instruction is not rejecting man but the God who gives His Holy Spirit to you. Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and acceptable and PERFECT WILL OF GOD. John sums it up. 1 John 2:17 The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the WILL of God lives forever.
False believers try to save themselves thru good works. Real believers do the good works to show gratitude to their Lord and Savior for giving them eternal life that is not conditional. Kids learn that obedience pleases their parents. We the children of God obey Him for similar reason. We do it not for fear of losing salvation, but for knowing our salvation can't be lost.

Thank you!! The only way I want to change is to become more like Jesus. And yes, the Gospel is simple (2 Cor 11:3, 1 Cor 15:1-4). God bless!

Which Bible do you read?
I prefer King James, but I'm not King James only.
