Mae’r Wales TUC Cymru yn ymweld â Norwy | Wales TUC Cymru Taith trip to Norway

Ymwelodd staff TUC Cymru, Unite the Union a GMB â Bergen ac Oder yn Norwy i gael gwell dealltwriaeth a phrofiad o sut mae'r model Norwyaidd yn hyrwyddo hawliau gweithwyr a manteision ymuno ag undeb llafur, a sut y gellid efelychu hyn yng Nghymru.
Staff from Wales TUC Cymru, Unite the Union and GMB visited Bergen and Oder in Norway to gain a greater understanding and experience how the Norwegian model promotes workers’ rights and the benefits of joining a trade union, and how this could be replicated in Wales.
