OMG! I would be sick because I would try to eat some of everything. Outstanding Chef, staff and menu. I think they should sell a set amount of lunch tickets (say 25) to the public for every Friday. $100 all you can eat and the money goes to the athletes. I would fly in for that. I've worked in food/culinary for years myself, athletes on a D1/professional level almost require.3,000 - 3,500 calories a day, so this is critical to their success. Go Buffs!!!
