I would say for anyone who doesn't identify with the chakra visualization, keep an open mind and go along with it. I ended up imagining my sixth chakra as if it were Vision's infinity stone! Then it made the entire visualization fall into place. Your voice is so relaxing, Flor! I'm going to listen to the Spanish version of this next and see which feels best to me.
