Heck I was 22 when this came out and I still loved it, best of all the Mario games to me. Yeh, I had the NES, all games an intellivision I was 12 when the Atari 2600 came out in 78’ so I’ve been there since the beginning lol. Still love all arcade and video games. I’ll never grow up
The arcades were on the way out by the late 80’s that sucked, when your 12-15 there’s not a lot to do but hit the arcade, skating rink, pool, heck what am I talking about lol, we had a blast. Your probably mid 40’s I’m guessing? You guys started learning the computer stuff in school when you were still relatively young, we kind of missed out on that era. I graduated in 84’ so looking back I can’t believe primitive some things were. We had punch card computers, you almost had to be a programmer to start one up. Still though, you guys rode bikes and stuff and those were the best days, running around all summer, staying around at all your buddies houses, coming home to check in and grab a change of clothes and maybe eat, man it sucks getting old 😂
I had played smb 3 too when it came out and watching this brought back many fun times for sure! I forget which level it was but there was a cheat where you could swing entirely under the boat and bypass everything, you just had to keep swimming and not let off the paddling or you would drown and die lol 😁 but that is one memory that I have about this traditional NES game 🤘
Man. Youre a pro. A true Expert. You make the later levels look easy . When its frustatingly hard for me and my friend. We play for a couple of minutes and we rage quit. Lol
little late to reply, but there is probably a guide with all the possible card locations to prevent. Or savestates have been used for easier memorisement
ikr, without it it would've still been in digital RGB, which would've still been an improvement over analogue RGB, which itself is better than RF and/or composite output the real console offers in standard form.
Ah my childhood! Thanks for this blast from the past!

Nice. Super Mario Brothers 3 is the best video game of all time!
I grew up playing the first one and the third one. The second one isn't my favorite. It takes me back to a time I can barely remember anymore lol
Even now, in 2023, having played all kinds of modern games, this is still probably the best game ever made.

What console was this played on? The graphics are so smooth
It's probaby an emulator that supports texture/screen filtering, so this is like upscaling filter applied.
I see, thank you
