《 btw these are just my thoughts and opinions based on what I've gathered from listening to subliminals, ultimately do whatever feels right and comfortable for you 😊》
● You don't have to listen to subliminals for an outrageous amount of time. Yes the more you listen the better, like you can't listen to a sub once or twice a week and expect to see results in less than a month but at the same time you don't need to listen to a sub 20-50 times to see results that's overkill, just do whatever feels like enough for you.
● Consistency is key. Being consistent with your subs is one of the best ways to ensure results, however if you've been listening to a sub for like 3 months or more and haven't seen the slightest change you might want the look for a different one.
● You don't need to gorge yourself on water while listening to subliminals. Is it important to stay hydrated? yes but that's just a life tip not necessarily a sub tip, you should only drink water when/if you start to feel thirsty while listening to your subs.
● Breaks are only necessary if you start to feel tired or get a headache, at that point you should stop listening and take a 5-10 min break and then proceed listening only if the headache subsides
● I recommend listening to subliminals at a volume between 20%-50%
● Visualize. Visualization can be very helpful when it comes to subliminals, by visualizing your desired outcome, it can make you goal more clear and consist, think of it this way, if you want blue eyes but can't picture what shade of blue you want, how do you expect to manifest said blue eyes. if your not too good at visualization, some tips would be to look of photos of your desired results and look at them occasionally to help, you could go as far as putting them in a collage or a vision board
● Fake it till you make it. "faking" your results and acting as if you already have your desire out come can be a very helpful method for getting results I.e by acting like your your is longer than it use to be or that you already have an item you were trying to manifest, by doing this you kinda trick your brain into thinking you already achieve your goal, so it starts to portray those desired aspects. Also I've found this is a good way to decrease obsession any worry about getting subliminal results, because by doing it you eventually start to believe it yourself, so if you already believe you have results there is nothing to stress over, now this won't work immediately but after time and consistently reaffirming to yourself it, will be like second nature
● Mindset is everything. Your mindset dictates how you will receive results with subliminals. For instance if you believe you can obtain full results from a sub in less than a months you most likely can but if you believe that it will take 6 months for a sub to work than it will, another example if you don't believe in desired results or blocking out affirmations then it wouldn't happen or if you don't have even a shred of belief in subliminals then they won't work, you don't have to wholeheartily believe but you still have to somewhat believe that you can get results from whatever sub your listening to.
