In that as a principal secratary Finance of AP Govt , you have tried to object to release funds but still the then CM asked you to release the funds as like that. You put yout note in the Note File and released. Two points in that.

Ramesh sir, in the bifurcation process, when the full developed hyderabad region( over a period of time by erstwhile CMs) generating recurring yearly tax benefits of combined AP are given away to Telangana, what way the AP region is taken care with a recurring relief measures but far the assured special packages by the central government. To what extent the assured relief has come to AP or has happened till now while Telangana is basking under the sun shine bestowed by the AP people .
